I cannot say enough about this company.The entire staff, installers,customer service & owners have been outstanding.They replaced compressor and relocated the air handler from the attic to the garage.Replaced all existing duct work and added several additional returns vents.All of this has resulted in a reduction of over 1000 KWH and a savings of $114 from the exact same period 1 year ago. So far all systems have worked flawlessly!!

There was a scheduling glitch (they were supposed to show up at 9am, but at 9:45am, still not here)- I called Aire Serv and found out that they had failed to put me on the schedule. They apologized and were able to send someone after a few hours on the same day. On a positive note, Abelis (the A/C technician) was professional and didn't try to sell me a new A/C unite, and he gave me options for what could be done to fix my A/C unit. His work was immaculate, and he double-checked everything to ensure things were in working order. Other than the scheduling glitch, I recommend Aire Serv and would hire them, again.

I was very impressed by the techniques who were polite, on time, explained everything perfectly, installed in perfect time and cleaned up immaculately. It was an overall an impeccable transaction. The A/C unit works perfectly. I highly recommend this company for all your A/C needs.
