He is excellent.    Our air conditioning went out during prime time and they were here within three hours.  I was glad they were here; they were quick and fast.  They gave me choices; they told me about the cheapest choice, a middle priced unit, and the high priced one.  They let me choose what I could afford.  They were very professional and kind to help me, as a woman, figure out what I needed.  I didn’t need the cheapest but I couldn’t afford the most expensive.  I was able to get a mid-range unit which should last me for the next ten or fifteen years.  I can’t say enough good things about them.

I can definitely recommend them. They are extremely prompt. Their help is extremely knowledgeable. They tell you what they think the problem is. They fix it and tell you what has been done. They are very careful of their surroundings. They are very nice people.
