In the midst of a heat wave our air conditioning went out and everyone I called was booked up. Aire Serv put me on a wait list and said it may be a couple of days. To our suprise they called about an hour later and promptly sent a technician out who was very knowledgeable, courteous and quickly got our air conditioner up and running. We were especially grateful as we have a handicapped son who doesn't do very well in the extreme heat. I also want to give kudos to the office staff who were very kind and knowledgeable. Cassie, the service person from Aire Serv, did an outstanding job. She clearly knew her job and was able to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and confidant. I've used other heating and air conditioner companies in the past and felt they did an okay job but never felt the service people were up to the level of this person, or felt they were pressuring me to buy something. There was no pressure from Cassie. <br /> I will use Aire Serve in the future and, based on what Cassie told me, I have confidence all their people are good, but I will request her for future service. <br />

Went great. I used a groupon so the price was unheard of. We were selling our home and it cost just about $64.00 for inspection and servicing of our furnace and AC unit. I was referred to them by my mother in law who had also used them on Groupon and was delighted with their service. They were on time, quick, thorough, and when I did have a question about some of the verbiage on the write up, they were quickly responsive and took care of it right away. Very thrilled and would refer anyone. <br />

They were absolutely fantastic. We had problems for months. Various companies had looked at the problem. The previous company had jerry-rigged the repair and we ended up having the fire department when the house filled with smoke and had our furnace condemned. Everyone that we dealt with was courteous and professional <br />

I moved from Seattle to Spokane and had set up this meeting with Eric, owner of business, on the phone. I had talked to other service providers and he was the most personable, assuring, reasonable, and fun to talk to. He speaks highly of his technicians and others he works with. The installation of the furnace and air conditioner was a painless process for me and everyone worked very hard. Eric also found an electrician, JD Electric, to put in the line for the air conditioner one day in advance of the high heat expected. The other electrician was stuck on another job and JD showed up, worked hard and did a great job. They all worked together to make this happen for me and I would recommend them for any furnace, duct, air conditioner install or repair. I also liked everyone as individuals and felt safe having them in my home. They were all very respectful of my situation. <br />
