After reviewing several specialty rug cleaners in and around Tucson, I found Airloom Rug Washing Company to be local, honest and professional with outstanding results. Their website provided a comprehensive overview of how the rugs are treated and cleaned. I knew I selected the right rug cleaners to be trusted with my 30 year old rug when I visited their company. Paul was kind enough to show me the entire operation from start to finish. My oriental rug required additional cleaning due to years of using a product called carpet fresh. Paul insisted on cleaning the rug with a second wash without additional cost to me. I really appreciated the delivery service too. I would highly recommend Airloom Rug Washing Company.

The service and quality of the work was excellent. The owner, Paul, and his colleague, Mike, were courteous, prompt, informed me of the process and did what they said they were going to do. They picked up the first rug (3' x 10') from my house that had the pet stain and cleaned it. I was out of town for a bit so they held the rug for return to me based on my schedule. Unplanned, I had the second rug (10' x 13.5') cleaned, as it needed it from daily wear, given the good service they provided with my first rug. This is the third time I have used this company. They have been consistent with the service they provide. I have been nothing but pleased with the service and quality these professionals provide, hence, my return business.

Wonderful service. Paul and Mike evaluated 4 oriental rugs in our home with a firm bid, took the rugs to their shop to be professionally washed and dried, and then returned them to our home, placing them in the exact spot we wanted. Very professional and knowledgeable.

This rug was not cleaned since we purchased it in China in 2007. In addition to normal dirt accumulation, ink had been spilled on it and our dog urinated on it a number of times. They got it cleaner than we could have hoped for! Excellent job. Also noted that the pad was contaminated from dog and got us a new one.

I can’t say enough good things about Airloom. Everything was first class -the scheduling, pickup, cleaning and delivery. They look new again, and the Chinese rug glows in the sunlight. I’ll use them again next time.

They came out like new! One rug hadn't been cleaned for 10 years (except for vacuuming.) Paul did a great job and I recommend Airloom highly.

Repair took a little longer and cost a bit more than I expected. Otherwise cleaning was fine.

I think the pricing was very competitive. They came to the house, picked up the rugs, and then returned them to the house. They were just very personable and very professional.

Extremely personable and friendly, did a superb job.. Replaced a couple of worn out under rugs, I can not praise them enough..Paul even volunteered his girl friend to come and polish our silver ! <br />

Paul and his helper came by on a Friday afternoon to look at a small Persian hand tied rug, a 8x11 Kaleem reversible rug and an 8x10 tufted wool area rug, and give me an estimate.  Estimates were reasonable, so Paul & helper took the rugs for cleaning. Paul was extremely professional (and personable), writing up an estimate and explaining the procedure of washing the rugs on Wednesdays while returning them on Fridays.  Paul also supplied estimates on new pads for the rugs; and showed me a sample of the pad (which are way softer than what was under the rugs!).  They took the rugs on a Friday. <br /> I called Paul on Thursday of the next week, as we were having our tile floors cleaned on Friday when he was scheduled to bring the rugs back.  Before I could ask, Paul said that he wouldn't bring them on Friday, but could bring them Saturday; so the floors would have time to completely dry.  We tentatively agreed to have him deliver the rugs on Saturday; and it all happened. <br /> The rugs look absolutely fantastic! The new pad under each of the rugs make them feel more like walking on cushioned carpet.  Clean tile and clean rugs makes our living and dining room areas look brand new! Paul also gave us advice on how to care for the rugs (now clean); and when major cleaning would be needed again (in 5-7 years, depending on usage). <br /> I'll be recommending Paul to all my friends and neighbors who need to get oriental and other area rugs cleaned.  Thanks, Paul! <br />

It was an excellent choice to have them cleaned. They were recommended to us by a rug store. We spent $250. For what they do their price was OK. We negotiated with them.

I can't recommend Paul highly enough!  My rugs are beautiful, soft and so very clean.  Customer service is professional and courteous - I felt valued as a customer.  I wouldn't go anywhere else. <br />
