Very good. They were prompt, efficient and professional. Out of 5 estimates, they were the least expensive by quite a bit. We purchased a 4ton Goodman for our 2200 sqft home and is working beautifully and very quiet.

The air conditioner works fine, but the contractor, unfortunately, is irresponsible. I received a "Notice of Code Violation" in my mail and called an investigator for the county about it. The violation was that I needed a construction permit to have the A/C unit installed. When I called Air Prime about the violation letter, they claimed I had said that I didn't want to pay for a permit and told me I had to pay $375 for it! The investigator later told me, no, the contractor was at fault and should have taken care of the permit for me. The investigator added that Air Prime has other cases pending in Mount Dora in which he did not properly complete paperwork related to getting permits. I was considering giving this contractor a much better grade until this happened, but now, no, sorry. "F" for dishonesty.

A lot of companies came to check and did inspection, but cannot find the problem. Jean came and found the problem. He fixes it right away. He did a wonderful job, work fast, reasonable price and explain to me everything. This guy Jean was professional and knows what he's doing. I recommend him to everybody and to my friends.
