No problems found. Washed off unit outside and tested several connections. No freon added.

Tech checked the furnace and discovered the circuit board was not working. He had to go and get a new board. Came back the next day and installed new board. The furnace started working.

Dave the technician called before he came and arrived in a timely manner. He and the assistant went right to work. Removed the furnace cover; checked and cleaned the parts. They also checked the carbon monoxide level after I mentioned it. The job took about 20 minutes.

They did very good.  They came in, they did their job, they were on time, they were fast.  I mean in that I don't know if they did a good job because I would have no Idea how to know, I mean as far as I know they did a really good job.  That was a really good price to get a furnace tune up, it's very good.  I haven't had any trouble with my furnace, it's been working fine.  Their responsiveness is very good.  They were very good.  I would use them again.  There was just one worker who came out to do the work.  The work took maybe 45 minutes.  The best aspect of the work that they did for me was that they came on time and then they did it quickly.  I would tell others, that I have referred, that they do good work.

They ordered the wrong furnace. They ordered a roof top furnace and not an in house furnace. My warranty paid for the furnace but I had to pay for a lot of BS installation fees which was a joke in its self because what they said they needed to use and what they had. I was not happy with it. I was more mad that they ordered the wrong furnace. I had to pay $700 and I probably only should of paid $300 if I used the people I contract through my work but I had to use them because of my warranty. They never followed up. They kept dragging out when they were going to install it.

For $39 you don't get very much. First, the receptionist seemed perturbed when I called to get an ETA for the tech. Upon arrival, the (grumpy) tech spent about a half hour. In the past when I paid other HVAC businesses $80+ they were on site an hour or more and seemed more thorough. The tech said nothing about my system or the service, but did leave a list services performed. Tech did not cover his shoes. Also, the tech did not say hello, goodbye or thank you. I think it's worth paying more for established service providers with a proven track record.

I received the Nest thermostat through the KCP&L program with the intent to install myself. I was upgrading from the older Honeywell Wifi thermostat I received through KCP&L. However, the wiring for my old thermostat and the NEST wasn't a simple "plug-n-play." (Even though I elected to install on my own rather than wait 3 mos for a Nest tech to come to my home). So, when I saw the advertised services for a smart thermostat install (with Nest pictured), I figured it was with the piece of mind to have a professional HVAC tech come out and look. -Setting up the appointment was pleasant. The time frame was flexible and felt like they were very accommodating to various schedules. -I setup a time for show up between 10-noon. Techs showed up just before noon. Within the scheduled window, but reminiscent of cable companies who show up just before their appointment window expires. -I explained the situation to the arriving tech including what I had attempted. He began asking questions about the Nest which began giving me pause (as they not only advertise for this service, but the implication is you should also be familiar with their technology). -tech called in the owner of the company who also seemed perplexed as to the operation. Both seemed less-than impressively familiar with the Nest thermostat. -After they left they contacted Nest support and forwarded me their Nest tech support post about my specific issue (again, something I hired these guys for and could've done on my own. But, I wanted an in home HVAC tech in person). I don't have any other experience with Air Sales and this review is only in regards to my experience and review of my specific purchase. My recommendation is: if you are going to advertise for a specific service, don't post a picture of a device you aren't as familiar with. Nest does have a list of Nest specific installers in the KC area. I discovered this after the fact.

The 100.00 charge was a deductible for a home warranty policy. We had no heat and David thought we would have to wait until the next day to get a new motor. After he went back to his shop he found a motor and came out the same evening 7:00pm to install. After he replace the motor he discovered the thermostat was faulty and replaced it at the same time. No fuss no muss just really fast and efficient work. He also wore booties and left the area clean. I would definitely call him again. <br />

The work was done with no pressure, no stress, very flexible, work done on time and efficiently. I am very pleased with the results and that the Furnace is working. Thank you so much!

I could not have asked for a better company to come out and perform the work that needed to be done because David done a terrific job at figuring out what the problem was. He completed the task in a timely manner as well. He's friendly, polite and professional. He was a joy to work with. I would definitely call on them again.

They were quick to respond and did not charge us for parts or service and came right away as soon as they heard it wasn't working.

Business was punctual, courteous, and professional.  Explained what was wrong, what they were doing and even offered suggestions to clean a part on the furnace should it happen again.  Came out early afternoon and when the motor was bad came back out later that evening to finalize the work.  Very much appreciated since the weather was changing that night. Happy with the over all experience.

Woke up to 80 degrees instead of 70, found these guys on Yelp & they were able to come out that afternoon. Luckily the issue was just the thermostat which the tech just happen to already have in his truck. In and out in an hour!ery professional
