It was a little bit confusing for me. I purchased this coupon and this company then charged me another hundred dollars on top of it. It was a little bit difficult for me to look through what I already paid for and what was extra but that wasn't very communicated. That was very confusing as well as not a very good experience. The fellow was friendly. It wasn't very clearly communicated what I had already purchased for with this coupon. They did some work on the ducts here but because of this, it kind of made it a little bit of bad experience but overall, it's an average rating. They should communicate better to me to begin with before they actually show up what was purchased and what additional services that I can buy.

Scheduling went without a hitch, they were professional and knowledgable and answered questions and kept their workspaceclean. <br />

I do recall because they charged us extra...a big amount so I was not happy. It was a few hundred, I don't remember exactly but it was definitely more than $200. It was a huge amount that is why I can still recall. I was not happy. I was just like, okay that was a rip off. I wouldn't recommend them anymore to anybody else. It was shortly after. They actually didn't spend much time there. They were probably there for like about 45 minutes and then they put an extra $300 or $400. I was very angry but I didn't want to argue with them. They said, oh you know you have extra vents or something like that. I felt like that was a trap. My only complaint was, they just charged extra, a huge mount. They were not professional.

It was totally ineffective but it was less money so I did not care much. They came out and did the work.

I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did.

It ended up in a $500 deal.  They ended up finding mold in the air return so they ended up doing mold remediation and then they found more and I told them to just go ahead and do what needs to be done.  They seemed like they tried to up sell me a little bit.

It was fine. I had a hard time getting them to my house. Once they showed up, they were good. They were fine when they got there but it was a challenge to get them there. It costed many times more than I expected. They canceled on me three times.

It went excellent! These guys did a fantastic job, worked hard, responsive, professional. They explained that the Big Deal did not cover all of my ductwork and the condition of the ducts were worse than I thought so I ended up paying 4x the Big Deal price but they were very thorough. Good job! <br /> <br />
