Absolutely do NOT use this company. Horrendous customer service, they will gaslight you about their equipment not working. My heat pump has not worked one single day since moving into my house, even though the unit was less than a year old, tried telling me that it was my house and not the unit. But then found a leak and I lost all the freon.. 4 of them, in 4 years. It would immediately leak out again and when I would call to tell them that it still wasn't heating or cooling, they would tell me that they fixed it so it must be my imagination. NOW that it's out of warranty they're telling me that there is $3000 worth of work to be done, and if I had just done something about it sooner it would have been covered.

They are easy to deal with and reliable. They have reasonable price. They hired people that is top notch on their field.

The amt they charged us was ridiculous. After consulting after the fact with other plumbers they confirmed we were scammed and taken advantage of. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUN. We used them because on top of that we paid a contract yearly with them so it would be cheaper if we ever needed their services!!!

Great Job, did everything they said they would, everything was done on time and within cost.

He told us the going price for R-22 and put in 4 pounds, then he did a leak check and suggested that since our unit was 17 years old that it would be better to replace it. He charged $715 for the R22, the service call and the leak check charge (which was included in the first pound of R22, although we didn't know that at the time. After checking with three other companys they said R22 was normally $85 for first pound and $50 after that. They did refund $130 after I called to register a complaint. When the salesman came out with a estimate for a new unit, they were $1500 higher than another company for a 1/2 ton more A/C. I will never contact this company again! They did take off $50 after I gave them a coupon from Angie's list, which he acted like he never seen before and had to call to get approval to take off final bill.

The serviceman arrived, looked at the problem, told us we were losing 1000 gallons per minute. He called to schedule an excavation crew, then we were told they could be here six days from today!! He did shut off the water at the street so we don't keep losing so much. Some EMERGENCY service! We called someone else who say they can have a crew here tomorrow. So we are out $129 for nothing, and still had to call someone else. Luckily they won't charge for their evaluation, like All Services did. The service man also told us that if we had asked for an estimate, it would have been free. Great time to find that out, after we paid them to do nothing but look at it.

At 1 am I woke up to a cold house and the temperature outside was 2 degrees. Erick was there by 2 am, replaced a blown capacitor and burnt out motor. I think it was at least partially caused by a power surge earlier in that day. Erick had a motor and capacitor on his truck and we had heat shortly. I actually think he motor is more efficient and heats the house quicker.

Very smoothly and very efficiently. Did a great job. Would definitely call again.

They said the blower motor was going out and had to be replaced. Very expensive When they flushed my water heater they said it was rusting out and needed to be replaced. Very very expensive

A bit pricey, but very professional, rapid response, and full disclosure of costs before working. Scheduled HVAC service person because the leak was hard to pinpoint. Tech was courteous and thorough. HVAC was not the source of leak, scheduled plumbing inspection for the next day. The inspection found the leak, a flooring staple had punctured a line going in to new addition area. They gave me a report and fully disclosed the cost of repair up front and asked if I wanted them to fix it before they did the work. They also pointed out some serious deficiencies in the plumbing and HVAC installations. Several days later, Matt the plumbing specialist from All Services, went under the house with the contractor and did a complete review of the unprofessional and substandard work. They wrote up an estimate for their costs to repair problems, and the contractor agreed to fix the open sewer pipes, negative angle drains, and improper connections in the plumbing and HVAC units. Every time I called, the phone was answered by a person, even after regular business hours. They were professional and courteous every time someone came out to the house. The fact that they were willing to take the general contractor under the house and explain the deficiencies was beyond their business duties; they did not have to do that. They were willing to do the work with the contractor if he allowed them. They shared the information with me, and although the contractor used someone else, All Services maintained the courtesy and concern for my home and personal well-being.

These guys are awsome. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was in perfect working condition.

The technician arrived on time and was polite. That being said, I would not recommend using this company. Their prices are way out of line. They charge a service call which was $73. I was okay with that. The technician said there were some wires that needed to be changed. I saw the wires, they were corroded and indeed needed to be replaced. The price he quoted me was $280 plus the service fee. $280 dollars for 30 minutes of work and wires that I know cost $25 at Lowe's. When I questioned the technician he evaded all of my questions and would not answer why the cost was so high. The wiring did not fix the problem so he said I would now need a new compressor. The technician called the following day with a quote of $1980 plus labor for a new compressor installed. After obtaining the model of the compressor and calling around I was able to find the compressor for $295 at a local appliance parts store. I will NEVER recommend Air Services to anyone, and am also referring them to the BBB. it's like charging 600 dollars for EpiPens.

They've fixed all my plumbing and air conditioning problems. They're neat and clean and put on shoes when they come in the house. They're very professional.

I have a contract with them and will continue to use them.

Air conditioner serviced by All Services in June 2015. No suggested improvements or repairs; everything appeared to be in good working order. Fan motor went out on July 17, 2015. Called All Service that Friday evening, as I didn't know the fan had gone out until after 5:00 p.m. Someone came out around 11:00 p.m. Friday. The technician attempted to get the fan motor out of the wheel casing. He said he couldn't get the motor out, and we would have to replace the entire casing, as well as the motor. The motor was quoted at $522, after our 10% discount, due to our service contract. The wheel casing and an additional part were quoted at over $200 each. He said he didn't have the parts, and couldn't get them until Monday. The high on Saturday was supposed to be around 95 degrees Fahrenheit.  He said he would have the office call us on Monday. We told him we were going to call someone else. The technician said "good luck" and that he doubted that anyone could get the parts before Monday. We called F&S Master Heating and Cooling at 5:00 a.m. on Saturday. Their technician came out at 8:30 Saturday morning. When he also couldn't get the motor out, he took the wheel casing back to his shop in Springfield (we live 45 minutes north of Springfield) to try to get the motor out using his tools there. He still couldn't get the motor out, but they had the wheel casing and the fan motor in stock. He said no other additional parts besides the wheel casing and motor were needed. The air conditioner was fixed by 11:00 a.m. Saturday.  Even after our emergency, on-call fees due to the fact that we had no service contract with them, the total was far less than what we were quoted at All Services. The wheel casing was $150 and the fan motor was $300. We were also charged labor and a trip fee in addition to parts. The all-service technician called me around 5:00 p.m. Tuesday to say that he had finally located the parts from the manufacturer. I told him that his services were no longer needed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />That was the 4th time we have had All-Services come out due to our maintenance contract with them. We will never renew our Service contract with them. When we purchased our current house in October 2014, we had to have the duct work replaced due to mice and water in the duct work. All-Services missed a couple of ducts that had holes in them due to mice. They also missed that the insulation around the trunk line was saturated in mouse urine. We had to have them come back out and replace the ductwork. Even though their paperwork says 100% satisfaction, and anything missed that wasn't included in the original quote would be free, that was not the case. We had to repeatedly check over their work to make sure they didn't miss any ducts. When all was said and done, my husband had to buy supplies at Lowe's and replace once piece of ductwork and the insulation around the trunk line that they had missed. Totals came to around $1600 then. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We also had them come out because our pressure tank went out on our well. The pressure tank needed to be replaced, and caused the switch to go out, leaving us with no water. At the time, we didn't know what had caused our water to quit working. The service technician came out and he seemed to have no clue what he was doing. Our pressure tank was buried, which is not abnormal outside of town. However, he had never heard of that before. He also couldn't locate the switch. He called his supervisor, and his supervisor told him to look under the well cap for the switch. The technician looked and said he couldn't find it. So I paid the $73 trip charge, and he left. I understand that All Services cannot replace the pressure tank if it is buried. I wouldn't have called them if I'd known the pressure tank was the problem. But this is the first house we've owned with a well, and I know more now than I knew then about wells.  I called another company, and they located the switch under the well cap and had it replaced and our water back on within 30 minutes. They came out a day later to dig up and replace the pressure tank. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />During our plumbing inspection, I mentioned a couple of problems that we had noticed to the All-Service technician. The first is that one of our toilets runs for several hours after being flushed. The technician said he didn't see a problem with the toilet. The second issue is that one of our bathtubs doesn't drain well. Drano has not fixed the problem. The technician said he didn't see a problem with the bathtub, and that it seemed to drain fine. In my opinion, it should not take 10 minutes to drain an inch of water out of the tub. The third issue is that our other toilet bowl does not fill up with water.  The technician recommended services/parts for $119 EACH per toilet to 'fix' both toilets. (Although he said the one toilet doesn't run, and he doesn't see a problem with it, he still thought those parts should be replaced). We only had the plumbing inspection to begin with because it was included in the service contract that we had already purchased. My husband fixed both toilets himself for a total of $36 and 30 minutes each for the toilets. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We are not pleased with any of our services. Technicians are very polite and punctual, but we aren't pleased with the quality of work or the prices, even with our membership discount. We will not use this company again. <br />
