The repairman, Jose, arrived promptly and wore a mask throughout. He seemed knowledgeable. The job was quoted at $400 plus tax to pull and replace the evaporator coil, acid-wash the coil, and recharge the system. While the 4-year old coils were relatively clean, the main condensate drain-tray had significant clogging as did the drain line. The estimated two-hour job took around four hours. The only issue came when the technician claimed that my system needed an "extra" one pound of coolant and that there would be an extra charge of $60. While I felt that all of the coolant required for my system should have been included in the intitial quote, I didn't object as the job had taken longer than anticipated. Part of the extra time needed involved the soldering of the copper lines in tight spaces. With the exception of the minor upcharge of $60, all of their work was very good and I would use them again.

Air Supply responded quickly, within 2 hours of initial call, diagnosed the problem, explained my options and then replaced the condenser fan motor and capacitor. System is working fine. This is the 2nd time I have used Air Supply and the performed admirably.

The work done was completed to my satisfaction. Leo arrived early, assessed the unit, and was open to discussing additional options such as the air duct cleaning and sanitizing. I received a quote that day and scheduled the work to be done the following day. All employees were professional, including those I spoke to on the phone (Daniel and Eda). I forget the names of the men who installed the AC unit (forgive me), but your work was phenomenal. Santiago and the other gentleman that came to do the air duct cleaning and sanitizing were very cordial and respectful. All workers cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely be seeking their service in the future and will also recommend them to family and friends.

Evelio was our handy man. He did an amazing job in a matter minutes. Very knowledgeable and thankful he assisted us. Within 30 minutes of him arriving, our AC was working; thank goodness! Definitely recommend this company and if you can, ask for Evelio. Thanks again for all the help!

Excellent response and very professional from the first call to the service technician. My unit was freezing up and needed a new motor. He replaced with a different brand motor which I was told is better than the ones that are installed in the original unit and it comes with a 1 year warranty on labor and parts. If I would have gone with the original motor replacement, I would have had to wait another day; however, Evelio was able to fix it the same day. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and cleaned up after himself as well. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect !! After the installation the thermostat was not accurate and I call to request for replacement. air supply sent a technician at the same day to replace it and since then i didn't had any issue regard it.
