I had a Trane A/C installed by air systems. Carlos and his crew were on time, worked very efficiently and finished the installation within 1 day despite having to widen the attic opening. They cleaned up carefully and were professional in their communication. Also, their price was about $1000 less than the closest competitor. Would definitely hire them again!

My 85 year old mother's AC was on it's last legs in the heat of August. I got 3 quotes from Angie list recommended contractors for replacement. While Air Systems was not the cheepest, I did my research and found they had the level of experience I needed and a reputation for quality and service. As a Trane shop, I also knew they were well trained. Carlos worked with me from quote through install and did the final inspection. Work was completed on time in one day with no addition charges. My mother was very happy!

When Carlos came out to make the estimate, he impressed me because he was very detail oriented and very knowledgeable about his industry. He went through the options and explained the differences in the AC units. He doesn't try to up-sale you. He gives you the facts to make your own decision. When they did the install, they were always prompt on the time arrived, and very good about cleaning up behind their work. Always stayed in communication with the process and next steps! Overall I completely recommend using AirSystems to get the job done RIGHT the 1st time, and customer service to go with it.

Air Systems is the company to use for you AC/Heating needs. I worked with 4 companies and Carlos with Air Systems was by far the most professional, informative, knowledgeable and customer focused of any of them. The proposal was detailed and informative which allowed me to know exactly what I was going to have installed. As soon as I selected the units that I wanted installed, I was given an install date ASAP. The crew showed up first thing in the morning with a box truck that had everything that was needed to complete the install. The team that worked on my house was dedicated and determined to get everything I ordered installed in one day. Carlos followed through with me off and on throughout the day to make sure everything was going as planned. The technicians remained with me until the house started cooling off. They assisted me with how everything worked and would not leave until I was 100% satisfied. Again, Air systems is the company to use.

I have been a loyal customer for yrs and bought an entire AC/heating system. Paid extra for a binding contract of warranty for labor and parts. In the past no issues about the warranty and no charges to me. Well my AC went out during the 103 degree heat and it was crucial to get service. They are taking advantage of customers during this dangerous heat. They would not honor my warranty stating it’s void “during the weekend”. There is no stipulation of such and they are violating the binding warranty to take advantage of extra dollars. Their text communication never mentioned any charge for any labor. They said there would be a service charge but they never did prior because I have the warranty. After asking they would not say what the service charge would be until I spoke to Carlos and he said $88 but on my bill it was $120. I was told Carlos made a mistake but did not honor his mistake and would not return my calls with the Tech present. I was forced to pay for safety of my family.

This is my second time using Air Systems. I replaced another unit with them this time and it went very smooth. There was no pressure to upgrade to a higher end system. The quote of the price was good and the team was very professional. I had minor questions/adjustments after the day of install and the crew came out immediately to remediate. This is my go-to team for any future services and installations!

I had my A/C completely replaced. Air Systems engineered a fantastic system that met my needs. They came on time early in the morning and completed the removal of the old system and installation of the new system. by mid afternoon so the interruption to my daily routine was minimal. There were a few installation anomalies which revealed themselves in the following weeks but they quickly came out to correct them. This company also scheduled the city inspectors to come out and ensure the system meets local regulations

We have been using Air Systems for all our HVAC needs since 2019 - routine maintenance, updating the vents to balance airflow in the house and most recently installing a new heat pump. Their work has always been perfect and they take great pains to ensure that they answer every single question we have. We first requested them to inspect our HVAC after another company left us with a very poor experience. That other company was more interested in upselling new equipment than supporting the customer. But Air Systems has been extremely customer-focused - in fact, we first found out about them through Angie's List. They take pride in their work and it shows.

Project took less time than expected. Work started at 7:30am, as promised. Drop cloths were laid throughout house where workers would walk or place tools and equipment. Supervisor came in morning to get crew started and in afternoon to ensure everything was done right.

When you call a business and ask for a proposal, it's not very often that you get the company's Vice President to visit your home the same day and offer you the best-detailed recommendation with many options to consider. I called other reputable companies for bids, and Air Systems made me feel like I mattered to them; they wanted to ensure I was happy with their services. There aren’t many companies that will do this, and I highly recommend using Air Systems if you ever need their services. Our technician (David) did a great job. He was very thorough, and through the course of his detailed system inspection, he found that our refrigerant was low. This issue was corrected on the spot. As always, David was very friendly, courteous and professional, which is why we always request him by name.
