Mike was great. He identified a few trouble areas and was able to fix some components which needed to be replaced all in the same day on my furnace. He was very upfront with costs and time involved which I appreciated. I also had him do a cleaning and refresh on my A/C unit which helped mitigate some cooling issues we were having. Quality service all-around and very communicative throughout the process.
