Ryan was spectacular! He was so explanatory, worked fast, clean, was fair on the pricing, took lots of pictures and told me everything he was doing. He gave me my options and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. He verified everything he did. He was by far the best value of any vendor I have hired since I moved to Wildomar. I will use him again.

Ryan at AIRTIGHT is a true professional and master of his craft. From his prompt initial inquiry answer, assessment, quote, financing assistance, equipment delivery and installation, Ryan was attentive and intimately involved in every step. Ryan, the owner from Airtight A/C came right over and fixed our unit asap just before the big heat! He was in and out within the hour..no muss, no fuss and his prices were lower than other places we called in our area. This turned out to be the best contractor experience I have ever had. Ryan was knowledgeable, skilled, professional, ZERO excuses, pointed me towards a couple of pressure-free opportunities that totally worked in my favor. I can't recommend AirTight Air, Inc highly enough. The work was started and completed on time; all components were top quality, and the total cost was very reasonable. I am convinced I will never have to worry about my heating and air for as long as I own my home. We are so very pleased with the meticulous attention to detail in every phase of the complete replacement of our air conditioner and furnace. Ryan completely explained every detail as the work progressed. What sets Ryan apart from almost every other repair professional is the total cleanup at the end of the workday. He doesnâ t stuff everything in our trash, but hauls everything away every day. He has explained how the system works and is always available to answer our questions. Ryan did an awesome job. He was very thorough and even provided a portable air conditioning unit while he was doing the work. Ryan not only installed a new unit but re-routed the ductwork and repaired all the leaks to ensure I had maximum air flow. I would highly recommend Ryan & Airtight Air Inc. The job was to remove and replace an HVAC system (2 furnaces and 2 ACs). AirTight Air, Inc is excellent, honest, and reliable. That applies to both Ryan Coppens and his wife, Julie Coppens. Ryan handles the technical side and Julie handles the administrative side. At the beginning of the bid process, Ryan, and we determined what we needed for a replacement for our 25-year-old HVAC system. Ryan conducted an evaluation, took pictures, and discussed the available options. Subsequently, he and Julie provided a proposal and draft contract which included details of the new HVAC equipment and the actions required to remove the old system and install the new system. The contract also included what was expected of us and AirTight Air, Inc. We then requested additional information concerning costs of equipment, labor, and profit margin to support the bid. Ryan provided the information with no objection. (Note: one other bidder would not provide similar information.) Based on what Ryan had provided we made some adjustments to the contract, which was provided securely for signature via DocuSign. Air Tight Air, Inc was not the lowest bidder, but they provided data to support their bid for a quality job. One lower bidder did not do so. Ryan conducted the work as agreed to and even made some improvements to what remained of the old system. All of this was documented in photos which we reviewed every day during the work period. In summary AirTightAir, Inc is very professional, documents everything to be done in a very thorough contract, and is responsive to all inquiries. Since Ryan does all the HVAC work himself, there is no large company to deal with where typically you might see different workers throughout the process. It is very evident that Ryan and Julie take pride in their work, displayed honesty in all actions which we observed, and in general are very nice people.
