Had to modify our original plan and we found that for the change of work and materials the discount we received was only $30.00 and that just did not seem right but a contract is a contract so we were stuck. Maybe I should have argued more since we both feel that the amount of work that did not need to be done and also the savings in materials should have afforded us about $150.00 to $200.00 off the original price. To his credit the work was very good.
