We provide Quality work in landscaping Home improvement remodeling Removal of trash or furniture we refurbish indoor and outdoor furniture we build decks installation of fencing patio doors windows we offer handyman services as well as general service stump and bush removal lawn cleaning bush trimming and removal bathroom remodeling and many other services. We value our customers so we work with them on what they can afford and lock that price in for reoccurring customers and offer special discounts for first time customers . We have been established since 2011 we are a small family owned company and trying to add on as the years pass.

The provider walked away from the job on 7/16/2020. Both parties signed an agreement on 7/7/2020 that describes the scope of the job. The provider promised in writing that the job will be completed on 7/17/2020, however some days the provider did not show up or showed up late. The provider also did not disclose that a $30.00 dump fee was necessary to dispose of the river rock and clay, the provider did not disclose that they did not have a jackhammer to break the cement on the two concrete bases. On 7/15/2020 via text the provider alleges that we told them that we will no longer be needing their services and that they will be completing the job by 7/17/20 as agreed. The provider was never told that. We asked the provider to finish the job, however without laying soil or mulch, thus relieving them of some work. On 7/16/20 the provider showed up at 12pm and then walked away from the job claiming harassment because they were asked to follow the agreement. The provider threatened to sue us for harassment as they walked away. When I started looking for a provider for this job A & J Home Improvement had a A rating, days later the rating was down to B. Even with the drop in the rating I wanted to give them an opportunity, unfortunately did not work out.

"Hello This is so untrue my crew did work for you and your wife was very rude and harassing the crew. They felt unsafe and after we completed all the necessary work you asked of us you cancelled the check you wrote us so actually we did all the work for free. At this time Roberto we did everything possible to solve this issue we even offered to only complete work when you are around so your wife will not scare the crew you denied that. So thanks to you we no longer can accept checks my future customer have you and your wife to thank for that. We appreciate your service despite all the work we completed and it was for free God Bless"

I was extremely impressed by the service I received. My yard was very messy - leaves from last fall had not been raked, it needed to be cut, bushes needed to be trimmed, etc. They came out very quickly and were very reasonably priced for the work I received. I would definitely hire them again and plan to use them to continue to cut my lawn this summer.
