A Junk Free Planet

A Junk Free Planet is the best I could ask for when I needed the muscle to move furniture and boxes. Pernell is always on time and he is efficient. He is able to schedule the clean-up around my schedule. He brings his crew and they waste no time loading the truck. They always sweep up after they are finished to leave the area better than it was. They are always courteous and helpful. Their prices are reasonable. Since I needed to look through so many boxes, I asked to have the job completed on two different days to give me more time and space to look through my boxes. Absolutely no problem, they are always there to help me and give me hope when the job seems impossible. The price listed is for the first appointment.

I called --told him the objects were really heavy He quoted me a price for really. heavy, said there would be 3 men and the price was for 2 hrs. He came with 1 man so that made 2 men for the job. He looked at the objects and said" oh these are really heavy (if they weren't I would have done it myself)so the price is double." We were at another persons house or I would have said NO!!. I needed the objects. He put them on a dolly not a lot of work. He and his worker worked 1 1/2 hrs not 2 hrs.He only agreed to taking 1/2 of the objects and still charged almost double what he quoted. At the drop off he pushed a button on his truck and the objects were dropped off on the ground, with very little work. I would NEVER hire this man again. Now I'm afraid to call Angies list,, this is the 2nd bad experience I've had

They were excellent. They were able to make it last minute and came within an hour. Pernell Hill was professional and worked quickly. He always made sure to ask us what needed to be taken away and what was staying.

Pernell and Joseph were terrific! Pernell was precise but friendly on the phone. They were both professional but warm when they arrived. They loaded up half a truck's worth of old lumber, furniture, and other junk quietly and efficiently, then cleaned up the driveway when they were done. They were so helpful and pleasant, this may inspire me to finish cleaning out the garage! I highly recommend A Junk Free Planet.

It went very smooth and well planned and organized. They arrived on time and were friendly yet professional and quoted me a very reasonable cost to remove my junk. Please please give them a try because the other junk people ripped me off and overcharged and were rude while showing up late! <br />

Pernell and his team arrived on time were respectful and dressed professionally. They removed two old couches I had along with some small household items very quickly. I was impressed with their service especially with the speed they worked as I had to have these items moved quickly before my new furniture was delivered. I would highly recommend them for others and will certainly use them again. <br />

I would recommend Pernell to anyone.  He did an excellent job and he gave me a great deal.  They showed up on time ready to work and got everything done in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend them.

I called the day before to schedule the pick-up service.    My call was answered immediately and professionally. <br /> Pernell arrived the next morning at the exact time scheduled and introduced himself.  He was dressed professionally in his company's logo shirt and was very personable. <br /> We then examined the pile of trash.   He asked if there were any tile/stone/brick, etc - heavy items - and then explained that heavy items will increase the price of the pick-up due to the weight and the cost of disposal.   After looking at the pile, he estimated the clean-up time would be 30-45 minutes. <br /> About 40 minutes later, Pernell let me know the job was finished.  Apparently, there were several bags full of tile/stone on the bottom of the pile, which added to the cost but it was not a surprise since he had informed me of that possibility at the beginning of the job. <br /> At the end, the trash was removed, the patio where it had been was swept and the yard no longer looked like a landfill!  <br /> I highly recommend Pernell and JunkFree Planet - I now have a junk free backyard!!
