Anni and his partner did a great job and were totally professional painting my two-story garage. They clearly communicated when they were coming and what they were doing. They did small wood repairs beautifully before painting and the garage looks great. Definitely recommend.

Yes. Patio French door was fixed to allow it to open and close without much effort. Cost was reasonable. Appeared knowledgeable and experienced.

Anni did a fabulous job replacing the kitchen floor tiles after a water leak. They arrived at the appointed time, worked non stop and cleaned up the area. We highly recommend him. Their estimate was very fair. They with replacing the large plank porcelain times making sure that everything was done perfectly

We had Ani and his coworkers in March. We were very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. Their quote is reasonable. They also took time to explain before the project and after then, they answered many questions from us. They are nice, funny, and sweet guys. My husband and I became a big fan of them. Excellent and on time

A @ K provided the best all around contracting experience of my 97 years. The contract was for substantial decking and siding repairs and major tree removals. Once a price and a date was set, they showed up and never left until the job was beautifully done. I strongly recommend this company

Ani and his brother were timely, communicative and sent updates when each piece of work was done. The old pool house old building had issues that were revealed as work progressed, and Ani gave me quotes for what each repair would cost. He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. He was clear and direct, which is how I like working with someone. I would recommend A&K construction and will definitely hire them again for future projects.
