This is by far the best experience with a mere estimate I've ever had. First trip, their rep sent a camera down my line, and found a serious blockage that the previous day's snaking (performed by a different company) had missed. Once the blockage had been cleared, he came back, confirmed all was well ... and then recommended AGAINST anything that would require me to pay him money. After two FREE visits that proved instrumental in diagnosing and correcting a serious blockage in my sewer, he actually recommended that I take no further action and just hydro-jet it every other year. Remarkable service, honesty, and professionalism. These guys are now #1 on my list of people to turn to if I even need help with my sewer.

The project went very well. The company sent a 3 man crew that worked hard and professionally. Upon inspection, the County inspector said the job was clean and very well done.

Wow.. That's all I have to say. Not only did AK Pipelining quickly respond to our call for help, they also diagnosed and completed the work that needed done within 2 days! The long and short of our experience is that we couldn't have chosen a better company to repair our sewer line. Their staff is professional, fair, honest, and go above and beyond the call of duty. We are so thankful that they were able to help us! We would recommend them to our friends, family, and anyone reading this review!

We had a problem with our sewage pipes. A plumber snaked them & told us our pipes were sagging at the joints. To fix it, our basement & back patio needed to be ripped up - costing cost over $20,000. I called AK Pipelining. Mark came in a couple of days. He was very nice & knowledgeable. His estimate was just over $6,000. I needed to talk to my husband before committing. That same week (on Sat) I called Mark to say we were in. Not only was it a much more reasonable cost, but my sewage pipes had backed up into my laundry room while doing laundry. Mark sent a plumber to clean the pipes & he was there within a couple of hours! I was able to resume my laundry that day. The liner was installed the next Thurs - working with my schedule. I am incredibly impressed by the honesty & hard work of this company & will definitely recommend it to anyone needing plumbing repairs. They saved me thousands of dollars, while making it possible for our family of 5 to use our 2nd bathroom again!

We just moved into our home in Oct. 2015.  Since that first weekend living there we realized we had a plumbing issue.  We contacted our warranty co. and they sent out a plumber.  He cleaned out the pipes outside as best as he could but would not go inside and see if there was any problem under the house.  So we called a different plumber who came out and did some minimal work from inside but did not resolve the issue.  During this time we filed a claim with our insurance co.  They wouldn't do anything for us b/c the word "roots" was involved. Again our issue was still there and water was leaking all over our house. Under the kitchen cabinets when running the washing machine and would also leak as far as into the dining room carpet. While taking any shower the water would come up from the floor under the tub where the drain goes into the floor and was leaking all under the tub and reaching as far as our bedroom into our carpet and on the bathroom floor. When it rained water would appear in our duct work and sit there for days until it evaporated.  We were at a total loss as to what to do other than to go after the seller.  During this time I decided that we needed to stop showering b/c the water was going everywhere and causing more problems. We contacted our warranty co. again and they sent out another plumber and again he did nothing for us to resolve the issue.  At the end of January I ran into a friend at church who had just started working with this company and told her what we were experiencing.  She told me that they could help and to get her all the information I could on the situation.  I am so thankful I did!!  Mark and Gary were at our door step the very next evening.  Camera in hand and ready to resolve the issue for us.  AND they did!!! They determined that it wasn't roots it was a sewage clog and had nothing to do with roots.  Because of them we are no longer having issues with our pipes and are in the process of getting our house back in order with the renovation process with the insurance co.   I can't thank Mark and Gary enough for what they have done for us during this whole process!!

Excellent experience.  Gary and his crew were very responsive.  Came out to give an estimate the day after I called him and provided an estimate much lower than the other lining company I had contacted.  He showed me the problem in my sewer with his sewer cam and explained exactly how he would install the lining.  He also showed me a sample of the lining material and the warranty they provide with their work.  He was out the following week exactly on schedule.  His crew was very professional and all very nice guys.  They conducted all the work exactly as explained beforehand and had all the repairs/lining installed exactly on schedule.  He also lined up all the the follow up inspections required by the municipality and county and was present for the inspections.  All in all I think he and his crew did an excellent job and got us through our problem without any surprises and at a very reasonable price.  I would definitely recommend AK Pipe Lining Co. to anyone needing sewer repairs. <br />
