Very well. After I called Alan came over and gave us an estimate. Since it was reasonable in light of the other estimates we got, we hired him. His two-man crew arrived soon after and did everything that Alan and I had had agreed on. Although a little absent-minded at times, they were meticulous and reasonably careful. As the work progressed, we were impressed enough to extend the project to include other outside areas of the house. Where required they provided new screws to put back our downspouts and shutters. When the job ended one of his crew wire brushed several paint drips off our asphalt driveway and stone paver walkway. Good job!

Great Job on both Neat and complete Alan was timely and responsive

The guys were great workers but we had an issue with the cabinet paint chipping immediately. I was a little hesitant about painting these at first because they were nice cabinets to begin with. When Alan's team was done the cabinets looked GREAT but we immediately noticed chipping on the cabinets. Even after the grace period for cure time the cabinets still continued to chip. I immediately contacted Alan to come out and take a look. It took Alan a couple weeks to get out, but when he did he said he was going to contact the manufacturer of paint to see if it was a defect. Manufacturer came by and said the prep work may not have been good enough and the cabinets that were chipping needed to be stripped down and repainted. Alan called me a few weeks after they came out and said he would contact me back and setup a day to fix the cabinets. Alan was a very nice guy so I was very easy with the situation. Alan said he was busy and he would try and get here before memorial day, if not right after. I said no problem, it is no rush just as long as its done correctly. It has now been 5 months since the cabinets were painted and I have not heard from Alan.

He is worth five star rating due to his helpfulness, coordination and communication. I will continue to use Alan D. Drakes instead of Ned Stevens, where I had a bad experience.

Andres did a great job. He arrived at 830 as I was walking around to finish moving some of the pool boxes and planters. With pool cover still on, he didnt mind undoing a few straps to clean up to pool's edge and then re-tightened. I offered to do as he was working around the pool, but he said it wasnt too big of an issue. The cleaning made a tremendous difference when looking out our backyard. Excellent experience.  Purchased the service through Angies List.  I was contacted after the weekend and the crew was at the my house the same day.  Crew was professional, did a great job.  Would absolutely use Alan Drake again. <br />
