Aalan is an honest and experienced contractor. His price is fair and he will do as he promised to complete. He will go through necessary trouble to make things right. He will do whatever he can to customer's satisfaction. He is a very trustworthy and rare to find decent contractor.

the job went well we had some set backs, we were over time line and budget from the set backs. previous owner had work done that was not correct we had to redo the electrical in the entire house.

Alan did a great job on the repair. When I described the problem over the phone he gave an estimated price for the work, but when he came by to see it, he saw that the damage was less extensive than I had implied, and he lowered his price. He was able to repair the shelving structure instead of replace it and the drywall repair was simpler. He came out the next day and repaired it, even though he was busy. He was prompt, very pleasant and the price was more than fair. It was a very small job, but he took the time to do it anyway, and the quality of the work was excellent.

The job went very well. Alan was very responsive, returning my call and getting the job scheduled right away. He put together a comprehensive accurate quote. He worked to complete all the tasks contiguously and in a timely manner, in spite of quite a bit of rain. He is an expert in his trade and truly seems to care about doing a quality job. He is personable and professional. I would hire him again and recommend him to my friends and family.

I hired Alan to tile a back-splash in my kitchen with pre-made 12" x 12" tile. He installed them very poorly. The tiles are all uneven. The edges are uneven. The edges and corners were all filled with extra grout to fill in the large mistakes. After grouting, he cleaned the tile with an acid that completely ruined the glass and stone tile. He ruined $500 of tile I purchased. I called him to let him know the work needs to be corrected. * He has not corrected the work or reimbursed me for the damage. * He still has not called me back.

Alan explains fully what he is doing, and he works carefully and steadily. Does not take a break. Everything was beautifully done. And he cleaned up! As an added bonus, Alan walked me through how to turn off the gas, water and flip the switches, etc. (This is a new place for me.) I can't recommend Alan highly enough. His work is impeccable. He is honest and cheerful. You can trust him. Should the need arise, I would definitely call him again.

Had a small area of drywall that needed to be replaced. He called me back promptly, and came by and provided a fair quote. The dry wall was completed by the end of the week, good quality work, won't hesitate to contact Alan again.

<p>It was an emergency situation as it was the first of many rains when the leaks were discovered. Alan came out the next day and was able to correct the situation in a couple days, before the next rain. Haven't seen any leaks since.</p> <p>Problem is I've tried to reach Alan recently for a several weeks, by phone, text and email to discuss new work but haven't had any response. Growing concerned.</p>

Alan did an awesome job building a garage attic storage in my house. He was very friendly and honest guy. He's also affordable and makes sure you're satisfied with the finished product. I highly recommend him for any construction job.

<p>Everything went smoothly. Worried about the extent of work required and upsetting the neighbors and maintaining access for the tenants. Alan managed to salvage quite a bit and we made some alterations and improvements along the way and the finish looks great. Fixed the problems that lead to dry wrought and deterioration and I should have no more problems going forward.</p> <p>It was a daunting task and I'm a little amazed it went so well. He and is crew were prompt and dedicated and professional and clean.</p> <br />

EXCELLENT! All jobs were efficiently completed and areas fixed. Two outstanding features, aside from the quality of work he does, about Alan are: 1) he always explains what he'll be doing and why.. providing alternatives and other ideas on how to accomplish my goal for the project, if applicable, and 2) he always likes to double check his work to make sure it does what it's supposed to do. <br /> I learn a lot from just watching, following, and asking questions to Alan. He is always professional in his demeanor, his workmanship is consistently BEYOND Expectations, and his cost is very reasonable. This is why I keep his number handy and call him when I have a something I can't do. I've tried other people doing "handyman" services where they tend to be a Jack-Of-All-Trades and master of none.. but Alan happens to be unique in being a Jack-Of-All-Trades AND, a M <strong>aster Of All</strong> he does. <br /> Thanks again, Alan..
