We have a grape vine growing up the side of our house.  He was careful not to damage the vine.  He did a thorough job on all sides of the house.  When he went the extra mile and cleaned our driveway and sidewalk it was very welcome surprise.  We are older people and it is not easy for us to take care of some of these chores. <br />

I used an Angie's list Big Deal to reserve Alan's services after another company refused to honor the Big Deal they posted. And I'm glad that first contractor didn't work out!! <br /> Alan showed up in the time frame that we had set up. He completed all the work in that time frame. <br /> Alan's appearance and conduct were professional. He took extra care to avoid any damage to items around the house. He adjusted his technique around newly painted areas to avoid damaging the fresh paint. He even offered assistance and advice for removing oil stains on my driveway. <br /> Overall, I was impressed. Alan was perhaps the best contract that I have worked with to date. <br /> Thanks Alan! <br />

Alan contacted us early to schedule a convenient appointment for us, then when he arrived, talked us through what he'd be doing, and did a great job! House looks much better, definitely worth the price. We'll definitely go back to him for future cleanings, and recommend him to our friends! <br />

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. The service turned out good but there are still some watermarks on the house; I don't know if that is normal.  He scheduled fairly quick and came within 24 hours after I called. He was able to communicate if there was anything else that we might need and I thought the pricing on the deck was fair. I say they are easy to schedule with, get the work done fairly quickly and they bring their own water, which is good because we are on water restrictions.

Alan was so professional and reasonably priced. He didn't pressure us to add any extra work or fees. He was very matter-of-fact and upfront with what his services entailed and what his results would be. He was prompt and had great work ethic. He came on time and did his job quickly but also with great detail which I very much appreciated. I am also picky as to who I have working on my house as I have a small child, and I felt very comfortable with him. Especially learning that he is a family man himself. I could not say better things about Alan and his services. We will definately use him again. He even helped raise the value of our home price, saved us time and money, and improved our curb appeal.
