Despite the heavy traffic in my home from young children and a family pet, they were able to successfully remove stains from the carpet that I honestly did not think would come out. I couldn’t be happier with the results of my very in-need of TLC rec room carpet. With an athletic and messy teenage boy and his friends paying a visit, my carpets were horrible. Thank you, Tim, for an amazing result at a reasonable price.

Honestly, I’m a bit OCD clean. I had had my carpets steamed by big name companies before and didn’t love the result. Alba Steamer came and got out a 3 year old GREASE stain from my daughter’s bedroom carpet (caused by her nursery chair). They also steamed my entire couch and all my mattresses. NICEST crew. BEST SERVICE. Highly recommend!!

Tim with Alba was very accommodating with our schedule and did a great job on all of our carpeted surfaces and furniture. I mean to ask him to clean our entry rug also but I forgot. Upon returning home at the completion of the job, he was cleaning the rug. He just did it without me asking. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Tim was friendly and listened to what we needed. He quoted a price up front and came on time. He completed the job and left everything nice. The rugs look great (like new!) and the “pet aroma” was removed.

In addition to doing a wonderful job job cleaning our carpets. Tim also cleaned the grout on our kitchen and bathroom floors. They look like new. Tim and his son were prompt, polite and efficient. I highly recommend them. I will defiantly use them again. Thank you

A few months ago Tim came to clean our carpets and white couch. Everything looked brand new again even though we have 3 boys and a dog. Over the weekend one of my boys threw red, greasy soup onto our white couch. I freaked out and asked Tim to come fix it for us. He came first thing Monday morning and now it looks perfect. Prompt, professional, and delivers a quality service.

It’s went amazing, the cleaner got up all the stains and slime and everything else’s that was on the rug. He did great and he was the nicest person.

Tim was prompt in coming for an estimate, was very thorough in keeping a record of what I needed done, scheduled me quickly and worked very hard with beautiful results. Tim was also very good about keeping in touch with reminders about appointments. He was efficient and conscientious, Tim actually gets on his hands and knees. He is far superior to any commercial carpet and upholstery cleaner I’ve used. Will definitely refer him and use him again

Alba's work turned out beautifully! I was away and hired a rug cleaning company who never showed up. I was closing the house sale the next day and wanted the final walk through to go seamlessly. Alba showed up on the same day and made the rugs look great! Not only did the look great, they smelled great too. That's no easy feat with three animals in the house. Thanks, Alba!

Alba Steamer Inc. was very good for the cleaning of our carpets. It was a excellent job of getting a stain out that was there for two years. i had other cleaners try but to no avail. until Alba got the job done. I will definitely use Alba Steamer in the future.
