Contractor (Cezanne) failed to support deck with proper spacing of joists, so decking is sagging. He hung the awning too low and it is now impossible to open back door.

Love our new porch! It is solid and well constructed. John was easy to work with and did everything he said he would and more!

This company did a fantastic job with our deck rebuild. From the tear down of the old 16’ x 12’ deck and disposal , planning and rebuild of the new 22’ x 20’ one, and cleanup of the work area, John, the owner of ALB Construction & Remodeling, was extremely organized, efficient, trustworthy, industrious, professional, and pleasant. He and his crew did an excellent job and were very respectful of our home and privacy. I chose ALB Construction & Remodeling because the estimate John gave me was fair and manageable with my budget compared to another builder’s overpriced estimate. Everyday ALB Construction & Remodeling came to work I was rewarded with the feeling I made the best contractor hiring decision. If anyone needs a deck remodeled I highly recommend John and his associates. I would rehire them for other projects without question.

After searching for someone to fix my deck for quite some time, I was lucky enough to find John. Even while on vacation, John was responsive to my calls/needs, and did not hesitate in sending someone over to provide an estimate based on my project. John took the time to come start my project right after his vacation, and finished our project within the two week time frame that was originally planned. During the two weeks, John and his team were always punctual, easy to communicate with, provided reasonably priced services and etc. I would not hesitate in calling John again for any future projects at our home, and I highly recommend his services!

Simply put, John and his crew rank among the best, most highly-skilled and most courteous of any of the many contractors I've hired to perform work on my home. We needed our deck's boards replaced and we chose to go with John's recommendation to use TimberTech. The price was fair. The work waa completed on-budget and on-schedule. I would consider re-hiring again and I recommend without any reservation. Completely satisfied.

ALB remodeled my unfinished basement. The job required putting up walls, insulation, and putting down bamboo floors, all of which have been very durable! Would highly recommend ALB for any job.
