Albert Nahman Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling

Appointment was scheduled between 8am-4pm. Waited all day for the tech (Jeremiah) to arrive. Then received a phone call a little after 3pm indicating they needed to reschedule for the next day almost at the last moment. Needless to say, we got off to a rocky start, but Jeremiah did finally show up around 5pm, isolated the problem in less then 5 minutes, showed me what to do and what not to do when changing batteries out of the thermostat, and pointed out which fuse had blown keeping the furnace from coming on. In conclusion, they made this right, I received a well-needed lesson on minor furnace maintenance, and was able to get the furnace working again. Would I hire this company again? Absolutely, and if you are having problems with your furnace, you might want to consider these people as well!

This is the third time I have used Albert Nahman. This time was for a water leak with an unclear origin. They did a great job diagnosing the problem and took the time to explain what they found and offer options on potential fixes. I really appreciate the care their plumber took in tracking down the problem and providing a realistic quote for the cost and time to fix the problem. They also arrive on time and do a great job cleaning up after the work is done. A+++ company. Will definitely use them again the in future.

The crew from Albert Nahman did a great job from start to finish. The project was to replace the original ductwork in our 60 year old house. Tom provided excellent advice for the estimate then Bryan’s crew did the job, 2 days, within a week of my acceptance of the proposal. Great work.

My elderly mother needed a new water heater . I gave her the contact info for a great, honest plumber. But due to her dementia, she forgot and ended up having a neighbor call a plumber, they chose Albert Nahman . Two plumbers came out and spoke with her and my 85 year old uncle and they were convinced to hire them at a price of over $6k (which, if you can believe, included the "senior discount"). My mom and uncle are clearly confused and easy to take advantage of, and these guys went above and beyond to take advantage of them, charging 4 times what this job should have cost. I called and spoke to a manager and got a ridiculous story of how complicated this job was, and how they were charged a reasonable price. I took away that this company is corrupt from top to bottom. If you want to be taken advantage of, charged way more than any decent plumber would charge, and then treated like an idiot who doesn't know that they are being cheated, this is the company for you!

We had a new system installed by Albert Nahman plumbing. They were very prompt in scheduling the installation. They were also very prompt in talking us into buying a service contract. What they are not prompting doing is honoring that service contract. They have failed to send a technician out on a promised day, management has not gotten tossed with us, and we have no evidence that they will ever keep any of their promises regarding service. If I had known how this was going to go after installation was done, I would?ve picked a different company to work with.

Jaleen from Albert Nahmans is top notch , diagnosed the issue with an old furnace , fixed it and made recommendations for repairs and or replacement . A huge thank you!!

They showed up on the same day, and made an excellent service.

The plumbing technicians came out as promised to assess the leak. They were both very courteous and kind and assessed the damage. I am giving three stars because they estimated the cost to be almost 250% higher than what the actual cost was to fix the issue. I am sure there are customers out there that would just accept any bid however, please get multiple beds for these projects, especially when working with this company as they will inflate the cost to take advantage of the situation. I ended up only paying for the $79 estimate.

He was not able to perform the service. He told me he did not have the correct parts. That I needed PGE to come back out. I had another professional come the following day and he was able to diagnose and fix both wall heaters with no issue. I was very diappointed and felt cheated.

Professional and prompt service, seemed a bit expensive but maybe that is just inflation these days, transparent pricing and worked with me to find an appropriate solution

Called them to fix a Rinnai tankless. Made the situation worse than it started with, after $4000. Incompetent. Unprofessional. Overpriced.

My plumber Jason Hargreaves showed up on time, offered before I could ask to remove his shoes then proceeded to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently fixed it, he was knowledgable tidy and polite throughout which was greatly appreciated

10/6/2024 - Ongoing Toilet Leak Issue – Unresolved Since February Dear Albert Nahman Plumbing, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the ongoing toilet leak issue that has yet to be resolved, despite numerous attempts to rectify it. The problem began in February 2024, when my toilet started leaking and refilling its tank every 2 to 4 hours. Since March 18, 2024, I have had five appointments with your team to address this issue. I have paid a total of $545 for a new canister flush valve and a new toilet fill valve, yet the toilet continues to leak exactly the same way it did before. What is particularly disheartening is the lack of communication since August. I have repeatedly tried to reach out via email and phone, but my messages have gone unanswered (August to October). I chose your company based on your good ratings and the assumption that I would receive quality service from a licensed plumber. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter and a clear plan for how we can finally resolve the leak. Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue. Sincerely, Andreas
