There were several parts he needed to order as he began the repair. He took machine to his shop and it was returned about 1 month later fixed like a new machine. He was good about keeping me posted on progress. It was worth the wait and the cost as when I checked on replacement compactor the cost was over $1,000 dollars. I am thrilled to have it back and working better than new!!!!
