Based on the inspection it needed a new part and there was an electrical issue we needed to have fixed. The technician was very helpful, was determined to get the stove to work. Three visits were needed (initial, return to install part, return after electrical outlet fixed to be sure everything worked properly). Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Explained how to operate and maintain the stove.

This provider was exceptional with the water heater replacement service that they performed. They listened to all my concerns and checked with me upon completing the job to be sure I was completely satisfied with the work they did. They were prompt and professional in every way. The job was completed as quoted. I do recommend their service and will be a returning customer.

Dan showed me how to get it open, how to clean it and adjust the flame. He was very thorough and found a broken part that was later fixed. Afterward my fireplace looked better than ever, actually put out some heat, and the slight smell of gas was gone.

They arrived on time even though it was raining out and they continued to work in the rain and quot;We don't meltand quot;. Explained to me how to use the new thermostat they replaced the old one with. Cleaned up after themselves. <br />

The installation went smoothly. There was some miscommunication about the size of the area required for the firebox, because the installer said it was slightly small. They quickly fixed that, but we could have saved some time if I'd been clear on the exact size needed. But, not a biggie. The installation was well done, and the marble surround looks beautiful. One caveat, we had several callbacks because of the remote thermostat, which burned through batteries quickly and was clearly intended for occasional use, whereas we were using the fireplace for supplemental heat. We finally got a fixed thermostat, which solved the problem. The contractor gave us a credit for the remote, so there was minimal cost, but I clearly explained what we were doing from the outset. The contractor should have recommended the fixed thermostat in the first place.
