Greg and his team have done several jobs for us. Paint house, refinish kitchen cabinets and interior painting and finish carpentry. Always professional, and excellent cleanup. ALL done to our complete satisfaction. Greg is very easy to deal with and never over budget. We WILL use them again.

Albion Construction was professional, trustworthy, and diligent throughout our project. Greg’s expertise in restoring our 250-year-old church ceiling was evident from the start. Albion Contracting has done two separate jobs at my home. Initially, they repainted my first floor, which required quite a bit of carpentry repairs (don't ask - old puppy damage). Bernardo and his team were diligent, meticulous and quiet the entire time that they worked in my home. They even worked around said puppy (now an adult with questionable people skills) - allowing me to section her off which sometimes affected their work flow. Along the way, there was a pivot or two, when I forgot to include something in the original estimate. Greg didn't blink - was super responsive and easy to communicate with. This past spring, the team returned to repaint the exterior of my home. It needed quite a lot of carpentry repair - very old house, not well treated by the last couple of owners. We even removed an ill-advised 1970's overhang and restored the front of the house to its original 1843 presentation. Travis took care of the carpentry and worked tirelessly. The house and yard were cleared at the end of the work day. Once the carpentry was completed, the painting crew arrived to prep the house - scraping, power washing, and puttying away. The side shingles were even bleached during the power wash, looking brand new when it was completed. Many of my neighbors have complemented me on the look of my house, and I give a lot of credit to Greg and his team. They were precise in their painting, leaving crisp lines where one would expect. The house is well protected with this paint job, and Greg's guarantee. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and recommend that you give Albion Contracting a call.

Albion just completed a total gut and re-build of our primary bathroom. Their work is impeccable. Greg was extraordinary to work with; excellent eye for design and detail; great listener; very responsive; and keeps the project moving even when surprises crop up, as they can, particularly with an old house. We would recommend him for any project.

Albion does first rate work. They painted the entire interior of our old house that had been neglected for many years. Great attention to detail in sanding, caulking, minor repairs, and of course painting, with a polite, personable crew that did their best to minimize disruption. Highly recommend.

Albion gave us an estimate last fall which included a thorough evaluation of the needed work and our goals.  Wet  weather moved the work to spring of 2014.  We needed to finish the work before putting the house on the market and a key date open house.  Albion worked with their schedule to make this possible.  They were prompt, courteous, tidy and ready to discuss any changes or suggestions about the work.  The excellent finished job was just what we needed at the right time.  It has been a pleasure working with them and so they are now doing a complete interior repaint on our two bedroom condo.
