I wasn't there when he was repairing the water heater because I have to run at the store and he has all the parts on his truck and they bring whatever is needed. The job was done in no time. It was a good work and I would recommend him to everybody.

My experience with them was great. They were very prompt and they responded right away. That's why I ended up using them. The quality of their work was great and they cleaned up after themselves. The price was very reasonable.

Everything went well. Two service reps came out, checked the swamp cooler, determined new pads were needed and replaced them. They tested the water line, pump and blower to make sure everything was working okay. They also checked and turned off the heater for the summer. <br />

The package unit install was done quickly, and I have had no problems with the instal since. They cleaned the ducts as well. Their bid was the lowest, but the praise my neighbors give them gave me confidence. I am glad I went with Albuquerque Repair Service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for work well done at a good price. <br />

For a long time I had had problems with a low-flow toilet. It was exactly like another toilet installed in my duplex. But this one often backed up and the other worked perfectly smoothly. <br /> Fed up, I addressed the problem. Albuquerque Repair tried this and that, all with temporary success. The line was cleared, then cleared again. I had (expensive) valves installed. The problems subsided, then returned as before. <br /> Finally Albuquerque Repair told me it was necessary to replace the toilet. <br /> Never during this whole time was there an diagnosis of the problem that was understandable to me, but I am not a plumber. The situation was admittedly puzzling to everyone. <br /> I was told the price of a new toilet (high), went to Home Depot, bought what I was instructed was the correct toilet. I struggled home with it. Albuquerque Repair installed the HD toilet. <br /> And, the same problem continued, though admittedly not quite as bad. But, after all this grief and expense who wants his toilet jamming up, flooding 3 times a month, even if that is better than 10 times a month? <br /> Finally the owner of Albuquerque Repair, John, came back and announced that I had bought the wrong toilet. We discussed this reasonably although I was NOT happy. I never understood how this was the and quot;wrongand quot; toilet. It was top-of-the line Home Depot, just a few hundred dollars less expensive than his mark-up would have been. <br /> Finally he offered to replace the toilet. This was very decent I thought and I, in turn, said I would pay whatever labor charges he thought were reasonable, including his mark-up. I also said that the new/now used toilet I had purchased was his and I hoped he could find a use or beneficiary for it. <br /> This conversation was civilized, cordial and realistic. We shook hands on the deal. <br /> Then, NOTHING. <br /> That was a year ago. <br /> My experience overall was that a decent relationship with a decent company -- though never completely satisfying -- just dropped off a cliff. <br />

Two guys were prompt, they called me when they were on their way so I could meet them at the house. I was on my lunch hour and they were in and out quickly and effiecently, I was back at work on time. <br />

<p>We had ABQ Repair Service out 4 times in 4 months for the same problem - the pilot light kept going out in our gas fireplace and we had trouble relighting it. First they replaced the generator, then the thermocouple, then the switch that lights the pilot. They talked about replacing the vent cap but couldn't find a proper replacement. They said they were going to research the issue but I never heard back from them. Not only did the problem not improve, but the fireplace eventually stopped working altogether and now we are going to have to replace it. </p> They are nice people and have done quality plumbing work for us (see plumbing review), but I will not use them again for heating. <br />

We have used Albuquerque Repair Service on a number of occasions, both at our residence and at an apartment building we own. Our experience with John and his crew has always been positive. We have used him extensively for plumbing jobs, but have also used his services for furnace repair as well. They are responsive, their work is reasonably priced and they are nice folks. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone else needing their services. <br /> <br /> <br />

The crew arrived on time, worked continuously until the job was complete. The owner, John, explained the process during a previous troubleshooting session (no charge); it took him about 10 minutes to figure out the problem.

Didn't know where leak was but John and his helper found it with a water leak detecter. Next day they came and fixed.They had to do a lot of digging but they finished in one day.Their work was very professional,they did a great job.I will surely call them in the future if I have any plumbing work to be done. <br />

Service performed to my satisfaction. I have used Albq Repair service for 15+ years. They are under new management, but the service quality remains at a high level. I have used them for all plumbing, cooling and heating needs.

We have used him several times. He used to stay opposite my mother's house. The price was not exorbitant and was very reasonable. We have had very good luck with him and have not had any problems. I thought they did a good job and were good at cleaning after themselves. They came the next day after we called. They knew what they were doing. We will continue using him.

I called at 8:00 a.m. and was happy that someone could come the same day. Manuel checked both the disposal and the drain pipe. He opened up the disposal and cleaned out the fibrous material still inside, but he found that the blockage was in the drain pipe, so he cleared that, as well. He put everything back together and checked for leaks. He seemed to be careful in performing the work, and he explained what he was doing.
