This man is a thief. He will change the contract and not give you another one because he continues to ask for money and threaten not to finish your work. He kept saying he needs money for materials and then he will disappear for a couple days. When he returned he didn't have any materials and asked for more money. He told me that it was our responsibility to buy his gas, lunch and pay other workers. The last time we saw this crook was 2/02/2024. We gave him $2000 for materials and he never returned. He also ruined my yard and broke my fence. Thank God for cameras because we have proof. Do not hire this guy he will destroy your property and scam you out of money claiming if you want it fixed you better give him more money! He will not complete the work

We hired Alejandro on 1/3/2023. He told us he was a small trustworthy company trying to build his clients. He showed us pictures of work he had previously done and begged us to give him a chance. My husband and I felt sorry for him and since we believe in supporting small businesses we said yes we would give him a chance. We agreed on a total of 3 payments. One to start off, one when he was half way done , and last one when the project was completed. He was suppose to start that week. However our home was damaged by tornado on 1/09/2023. So we understood he needed to wait. When he started he asked for $1500. I began to give him a check but he said he needed cash because it was easier to pay his workers. We were hesitant but agreed. He worked for about 3 days and said he needed more money because his truck was broke down, he needed money for food and to pay his workers. We explained to him we were sympathetic but that was not our problem nor what we agreed to. He began to argue and said we didn't know what it took to run a business. He then said his interpreter didn't tell him the complete truth about our project and he was increasing the total by $2000. We told him that was not true and we had proof of his knowing because I gave him a sketch of what we wanted and showed him pics online. He then threatened that if we didn't give him another $2000 he would not complete the work and we needed to trust him. We gave in and gave him $2000. The next day he began to work and our neighbors asked to speak with him because they wanted some work done. They gave him some cash and he walked out of our yard and immediately to the neighbors and began working. We were so upset. We told him we were done and would hire someone else. He took the blocks from our home that we paid for and loaded them in his truck! My husband was at work and being a female with heart problems I decided not to go outside and confront him about stealing our stuff. My husband and I contacted him and told him he needed to refund us back $1000 from the money we gave him and the stuff he took. He agreed to bring the money back that following Tuesday. That following Monday he texted he didn't have any money and that he would complete the work but since he spent it already he needed more money for supplies and materials. That we just needed to trust him and he would have it done by the weekend. Feeling as if we were already in debt and stuck we gave in a recorded him taking the money. He sent me pics of the pavers he was purchasing and said he needed to buy more sand to complete the job. He has not returned here since then. He has sent multiple text saying He will be here at certain times but has not arrived. We told him to return our money and he refused and threatened to not ever work with us again. I even attempted to tempt him by offering him another job just so he would come and complete the work and he only has sent threatening messages and said he will not finish the job. In the midst of all this Paul Davis company has been here working on repairing our home. Alejandro has destroyed the fence they just put up, ruined our yard by driving in it with his truck and trailer and destroying our back yard with a pile of sand, and trash everywhere! He told us not to worry because he will fix everything when he was done! Now we our out $5500 plus the repairs to our fence and yard! We have proof of everything with text messages, contract agreement and camera.

Alejandro was so fast and tidy and personable. Highly recommend!
