I recently hired Modesto Alemany to replace the wood floor of a 16'x18' deck. The project required more repairs than anticipated, which demanded additional work and a lot of ingenuity. The job was completed within budget and every speck of debris was cleaned up. He and his crew were very polite & courteous, and I wholeheartedly recommend this contractor.

Modesto promptly responded to my Angi's request and provided a reasonable estimate. The job was performed on time, as promised. The screens were replaced, and the wife is very happy with them.
