They are always on time and easy to work with

We are happy with them. We have a contract with them. We have had a contract with them for 20 years. They come out quarterly. We are kinda grandfathered in. We started with $50 and now we pay 60$ a quarter. I think it is a little more. I think it is $75 but I wouldn't swear by that if you a new person. The people that come out to your house are extremely professional and friendly. They call you to set up an appointment so you don't have to keep track of it and keep calling them. They are real good about setting up an appointment around your schedule. I don't have a comparison price. I would image that they would be better than most. They will help you. If you have any problems, they will come out for free. They are great and couldn't be better.

<p>In August 2013 I received notification through the community's management company that Alexander Exterminating had found "evidence of termites" in my crawlspace.  Like many homeowners in my community, I have an encapsulated or sealed crawlspace that is constructed and insulated so it is part of the conditioned space of my home.  It also has a moisture proof floor, created with plastic sheeting.  Alexander never stated to either the HOA or management company that, as part of the treatment process, the company would remove the insulation and would neither clean-up the debris nor reestablish the conditioned crawlspace.  The management co. arranged for Alexander to send an exterminator to treat for termites.  Just prior to the treatment date, I received a 3-sentence waiver form from Alexander, exonerating them of any and all liability at my home. The management co. informed me that Alexander would not complete the job unless the waiver was signed, and the HOA insisted my crawlspace by treated by their vendor, Alexander.  I felt coerced to sign the waiver, but did.  Immediately after the termite treatment, my electric bills soared.  An energy audit revealed that the exterminator had ripped the foam board insulation off of one 26 foot wall and approximately 1/2 of a 47 foot wall in the crawlspace.  The splintered pieces of foam board were thrown on the crawlspace floor and the splintered edges ripped the moisture barrier on the floor (see the photo of my crawlspace after treatment).   The trash was left there for me to clean up (see photos of ½ of trash removed from crawlspace).   To clean-up and dispose of the splintered foam board insulation and restore my crawlspace environment, including replacing the torn moisture barrier, was a cost to me of approximately $4100.  In late August 2014 Alexander again inspected for termites and no evidence of termite tubes was discovered.  However, 5 1/2 months later another exterminator found evidence of "mature termite tubes" in the crawlspace. Although  I have met with a manager of Alexander about my crawlspace, only after I insisted and only after the meeting was arranged with and through the management company and the board of directors, the company accepts no responsibility for the work done by their employees, nor do they offer any explanation for what you see below -- falling back on the waiver. </p> <br />

When it is time to schedule. They are always right on time. If it is raining they have to come back to do the outside. I have had to have them come back and do an in between service if the bugs come back too quickly. They make it easy to do without any complaint or difficulty. In general the treatment last the three months and I get reminder calls. I like them and are happy to recommend them to others. <br />

We have been using Alexander Exterminating for almost 3 years in my current home and several years in my previous home. They are always on time and we NEVER have critters in our home. They come out once a quarter and if we have any issues, they return free of charge. <br />

They were on time. They came out and did what they said they were going to do. The technician was friendly.

They are very prompt and efficient. The work man spend time explaining exactly what they are going to do and what we can expect for results.

they sprayed the inside of my daughter's house for bugs. They tried to sell her the annual program but she could not afford it. So she opted for the one time service. The bugs have not stopped and this is on 9/24/13, When she called them, they would not do anything even though it has been a month and there is no change. On the contrary they want her to spend more money for them to come out. Seems pointless when their first effort failed miserably. <br />

They are a great service. It is $110 a year for a termite warranty.

Alexander Exterminating Co Inc. were great and responsive. The office staff is always really friendly. They get us in. One time, one of the workers got into an accident on the way over to my home. They called and were pretty apologetic. We're not going to use them again, because we don't think any company's extermination is worth the money. They're always very professional and always good. It's a great company. We have a contract to get it sprayed every three months. They would always call and remind us and it would end up that there was no service done as scheduled, but we didn't get charged for the visits, either. We really felt that since we were on a contract with them, that they should just automatically come over. I finally told them we weren't going to use their service anymore and it was nothing that they did. We just feel we don't need the service at all.

Alexander Exterminating are excellent. I have used them for 20-25 years. They come out and check the house every year for termites. They address any bee or bug issues I have. They have been really great. I had an issue with a bunch of bees and they came out and took care of the hive. They are very personable. They came out and assessed the situation on one day and the next came out and applied the treatment. On the day of an appointment they will call and tell you if they are running behind or ahead of schedule.

We have been using them for a long time. They send you a card when it is time to schedule your appointment. They are easy to work with and we haven't had any problems.

They do very good work. They are very nice people to deal with. They were very cooperative. I have used them since 1993 and I highly recommend them. They have done all of the termite inspections on my home.

Very well, the arrived, spoke with me about the problems I was having and the chemicals they were going to use. They did not just spray in corners like I have seen before by other companies. I felt like when they left they were thorough.

I saw a mouse in the house. Alexander Exterminating sounded the best on the phone. Their rep came right out and checked inside and under the house. He decided to put poison under the house since we couldn't see the mouse anymore, and the mouse hadn't gone into the two traps I had set. The rep came back out a few days later to look under the house and left a note to let me know the poison had been consumed and he believed the mouse (mice) were gone. Very nice, very fair, very professional. I highly reocmmend.

Secretary called to tell me Vincent was running late which I thought was professional. Vincent found my rodent noises (mice). He was honest in recommending I could get rid of them myself. No up sells or contracts.

We found honey bees were building a hive inside a crack between our fireplace and roof. We wanted someone who could relocate the hive and clean up any mess and repair damages. First they came and used an infrared camera to see the extent of the hive and locate it. Fortunately it was only located under the roof in the soffit area and not in the walls of the house. The next day they came back with the needed materials and did the work.

We get the same gentleman every time and he is always on time and thorough with his work. The results have been good.
