A quote was provided within 24 hours and the work was completed 2 days later. Very professional, arrived early, explained work perfectly, completed job as requested. Price was very reasonable. Couldn't be happier.

I really enjoyed meeting Steve and he arrived at our appointment for the initial estimate on time and ready with his ladder and sage advice. He went over the pictures he took that showed the issues and gave me a on the spot quote. He has years of experience and I felt comfortable with him and his knowledge. He was much less expensive than I thought it would cost. Do not hesitate to hire him.

I was very happy with the job that Alexander Roofing performed. Steve came out and gave an estimate for the job and was very up front with much everything was going to cost. We went up on the roof together and he addressed all of the issues and how best they could be fixed. He kept in contact with me from beginning to end and was very professional. He and his crew were on time and finished the job when he said they would. The roof looks great and the crew cleaned up nicely afterward. Mr. Alexander has obviously had a lot of experience helping homeowners update their homes with new roofs. He was punctual, prepared and patient. His crew was phenomenal. We were very impressed with the entire experience.

Fantastic, from start to finish!

I was able to get in touch with Steve within a day of referral. He conducted an inspection on October 17, 2018. He determined that he had to remove the vinyl siding, the post vinyl siding, and roof shingles on the back left corner by the low slope roof. He returned on October 24, 2018 and discovered that the corner was not properly flashed. He flashed the corner and other improperly flashed places he discovered, extended the overhang on the corner and replaced items removed to include new shingles. During the whole process, I was given detailed information and visuals of the problem and repair.

Steve repaired a leaking porch roof that was caused when the original roofer in 2010 did not put a moisture barrier down. He took pictures prior to giving us estimate to show us details on roof (boots needed caulking) where we did not have to climb roof ourselves to see. His crew was very professional and cleaned up after leaving all just as before, just with a non-leaking porch! We and members of our family have used him from doing entire roofs to roofing repairs. Would not use anyone else. Very honest.

Mr. Alexander did a thorough inspection of my leaking 15 yr roof, and gave me a quote for repairs and for replacement. He certainly knows his business. He took pictures of the damage and explained all the problems in the pictures. I opted for replacement His crew was very courteous and prompt. They were finished in 2 days. His crew also did some carpentry work which was excellent I got 3 quotes for the job, and his price was the same or less than the other two.

One of my best experiences with a handyman. He looked over the problem areas on the roof and explained them to me, and asked for a very reasonable price. He also gave a good price on staining the wood of my porch stairs. He was able to work with my schedule.

Steve Alexander is one of the most professional contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He took the time to explain all that was needed and why to include showing me specifics. His crew was professional, courteous, quick, and clean. Absolutely no issues. It's like they were never here other than the new roof. He came after job completion and walked the roof and property to make sure all was good prior to handing me the invoice. He also helped me in the insurance recovery process like the pro he his. His prices were the best compared to all other contractors I inquired and he had the most professional quote with insurance bond and over 20 previous customers listed for references included. Very happy with having hired this company. Steve Alexander was great to work with and his crew worked very hard and did an excellent job. I talked to six or seven companies before making a decision and would highly recommend Alexander Roofing.

Mr. Alexander contacted me immediately and arranged a time to perform an inspection and give an estimate. The estimate seemed reasonable enough that I didn’t feel that competitive estimates were necessary. He showed up early for the job and did what he said he would do. Easy, painless transaction. I don’t think he could have done anything to improve upon his excellent service. I will keep his contact info for next time I need roofing services.

Steve recently completed a roof repair on one of my rentals. Steven was very professional, knowledgeable, fair pricing, prompt and very responsive. Steve was very nice and explained to me everything he found wrong and a detailed explanation of what was required to fix it. He even gave me websites to go to so I could educate myself on roofing which I thought was great! He’s a very honest, kind man and I really appreciate that because sometimes people take advantage of females but he made me feel very at ease. He sent me pictures immediately after the work was done. I wish I had hired him initially to get the job done right the first time. He got the job done earlier than he thought he’d be able to so I was extremely grateful about that with all the rain we’ve been having this summer. Would definitely hire him again and refer him to anyone that needs roof repair!

We were extremely pleased with Alexander Roofing. We asked Steve to inspect and potentially begin repairs before we moved to town. He took pictures, called me with a detailed explanation of his findings, and provided a timely estimate. Steve's team began and completed the repairs timely and sent photos showing the completed work. In a hard rain shortly after the repair, we experienced some leaking down the outside brickwork. Steve responded to my email immediately, came the next day to assess the situation, and performed additional repair work to the gutter and flashing. He tested it with a hose and asked me to call if it gave any further problems. We have had no issues since, and he did not charge anything for the follow-up visit. We highly recommend Alexander Roofing. They were responsive, thorough, and punctual.
