I used them twice.  It was good.  They gave me a quote very promptly.  They got the car in and fixed it.  The estimate amount is right as they quoted.  I was happy with it and it was fine.  They've done a very good work.

Made appointment by phone, dropped vehicle the night before. The work was done within two days as promised.  Brakes feel like new and the gas mileage is back where it should be. <br />

Our 2004 Impala kept stalling out and running rough. After three other garages incorrectly diagnosed the problem, Alexander's got it right. The folks at Alexander's are awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable and very fair fees. <br />

My husband loves them. They were very thorough. They had good pricing; their pricing was very respectable. We really liked working with them. They were really great. It took a little longer than we were expecting, but we did have a lot of work that had to be done. With regard to responsiveness, they were on it with us.

They are very thorough.  One visit dealt with an air-conditioning problem on our Volvo XC-90.  The Volvo dealer couldn't find anything wrong with it or said it needed replaced.  Alexander's was curious about the problem and removed the glove compartment.  They found an old piece of paper from the previous owner lodged there.  It was blocking the AC vent and the problem was solved when the paper was removed.  The Alexander's guys are also diligent to reset the oil change monitor which took a bit of researching on how to do it.  Family owned and operated. <br />

Alexanders excellent repair knowledge enabled them to just clean the ABS Sensors on the rear axle, re-assemble, and all the wiring shorts were gone.  All this was done quickly and for under $75.  That's over a year ago and everything still is working fine.  We're really pleased with their skill and honesty in solving repair problems-- highly recommend them. <br /> 14590054     <br />

I was met by a very affable family serviceman and treated professionally.  The promised date of completion was upheld. I had <br /> n respcnno further problems, nor did I ever have any hint of being treated with anything other than respect and fairness. <br />

Kyle is awesome to work with and their prices are way better than other places. They take their time to do the job right and are honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't. This is the second vehicle that I've taken to them for a full replacement of rotors and brakes. I plan to use them as much as is possible for my vehicle repair needs. <br />

They called me to explain it was leaking and needed repaired. I agreed to the repair and everything works beautifully now. They did tell me it would take longer than expected but they completed the work on time. They are excellent and always notify me if the work will take longer. They explain everything and never over charge. I continue to use their service and recommend them to others. I did notice a light was on before I left. The man used his gadget to check and found that I needed a new gas cap. He told me to contact my dealer because I needed a cap that would seal tightly.

<p>Fine. They had earlier tried a less expensive repair to save us $. It worked for awhile but eventually realized starter motor had to be replaced. I appreciated their efforts at coming up with a less expensive fix. As it turned out, it was still cheaper than going to the dealership.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

I would definitely recommend this repair shop as everyone there was honest and gave me an estimate for repairs. I decided to not repair the vehicle and buy something different. <br />

I took my car to Alexander's after reading other reviews on Angie's List because I try to avoid going to the dealerships at all costs (Mainly because of the cost!). I was a little hesitant when we dropped the car off at night to be serviced in the morning because the place isn't the most visually appealing. Boy am I glad I didn't change my mind. Steve and Kyle found that my air hose was cracked in multiple places which is what was causing my check engine light to come on and the violent idling my car was experiencing. They kept me in the loop each step of the way, calling to inform me of the problem and the solution. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of additional services that I would have had a hard time denying. Overall these are two great mechanics running a professional shop with great customer service.  <br /> I will definitely be taking my cars back for any and all mechanic needs in the future. Highly recommended. <br />
