Annual tune-up was performed by Chris Martinez, an experienced and knowledgeable technician from Alexander Services. He was very thorough and took time to inspect every inch of my HVAC. I have requested Chris to be my follow-up technician. Very pleased with his visit.

Matt did a great job installing my first ceiling light/fan. He identified that the second ceiling light/fan required a different box in the ceiling, and ordered the correct equipment. Rob came a week later and did an awesome job installing the second ceiling light/fan. His attention to detail was remarkable! Great job Matt and Rob!

Alexander Services was quick to respond to my request to have a gas leak repaired. They came at the top of the arrival window that was given to me and immediately went to work. Tim asked me what the problem was, made an assessment and after I agreed to the quote; went to work. Within 1 hour Tim and Ahmad completed the job. I am very happy with the work. They cleaned up everything and were on their way.

They completed the task. No leaking in the 2 areas. They only sealed the pipe when I asked for a replacement and they didn't restore the drywall that was cut. But the problem was solved

I called them out to fix my heat. The guy who came out was super friendly and quick to identify the problem. A bad inducer motor. It was 105.11 for them to come out which was fine as they credit it it to the repairs. Unfortunately their repair cost was unreasonable, the quote after the diagnostic refund for the motor was 909.91. This is a 200 part that they're charging almost 1000 to diagnose and replace. I called the company after the tech left and asked if the could break down the quote, provide a time frame of replacement, any possible discounts and a couple of other questions and they said they would call me back. It's the next day and I have already purchased, received, and replaced the motor myself for $280 including the next day air shipping before they have called me back. Price gouging at it's finest and poor customer service to not return the customers call. I could be sitting here cold waiting for your call back for all you know.

I will only use Alexander Services in the future and whats so great is they offer all types of services. I thought I needed a plumber but it turned out to be HVAC and they worked together. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything!

Our tankless water heater wasn't working. They were at my home within an hour of when I called them, even though it wasn't an emergency. Fixed it promptly at an incredibly reasonable price. They will be my go-to plumbing service from this point forward.

Alexander was an absolute nightmare. We did two installs with them as the first one was rocky (the workers dropped the unit down our attic stairs) but they made it right... the second install was awful - beyond awful - and it failed the Wake County Inspection due to a gas leak in my home. THEN... to make things even better, almost 4 years AFTER these two nightmares we get an e-mail that they're auditing their 2017 records and need to return again to our home because the permitting with the county was not done properly - so we get to deal with them once more. Pushy salespeople, overpriced when we comparison shopped, horrible installation experiences, and clearly not any bookkeeping or record keeping that I would ever wish to deal with again.

"[Member Name Removed], Please call the office, we want to resolve this issue. We have called and left you two messages concerning this complaint. Here is what we understand on our end. Wake County web site has conflicting information. The status code says "open" but the inspection says "passed". We do not know why their information is not correct. Our paperwork does say the inspection passed as well. The gas leak was from the gas regulator which was installed by someone else. However, we replaced this piece at no cost and thought we resolved this issue years ago. To summarize, the gas leak was not from our work but we resolved it for you at no cost to you. The Permit mix up is because of Wake County's web site that is not properly updated. Please call the office so we can get this resolved."

Job went very well. Jeremiah arrived on scheduled time, installed 3 new vanity faucets for a very fair and reasonable price. Jeremiah was very personable, looked a few other plumbing concerns and quickly fixed a noisy toilet valve. We definitely recommend Alexander HVac and Plumbing and will use them again.
