Did a solid job. He anlittle unpredictable in timing but always communicated his plans. Had lots of ethical worked done and was very happy. Will use Alex electrical for all future work.

ADT CAME TO CONNECT FRONT DOOR AND THERE WAS NO POWER!! AFTER RECENTLY HIRING ANOTHER COMPANY THEY DISCOVERED THE BELL WIRES WAS CONNECTED TO A LIGHT SWITCH IN (ROOM) IN BASEMENT MEANING WHEN YOU TURN LIGHT OFF POWER OFF TO BELL TO MADE ENTIRELY NO SENSE!! WE CALLED TO HAVE IT LOOKED AND WAS TALKED TO SO UNPROFESSIONAL THAT I HAD TO TAKE OFF WORK TO BE THERE!! HE CAME WITH A ATTITUDE AND HAD A TEENAGER WITH HIM! I HAD TO ASK HIM TO LEAVE MY RESIDENCE BECAUSE HE JUST GOT SO DISRESPECTFUL WHEN ITS CLEAR HE DID A HORRIBLE JOB AND NOT TO MENTION HE LEFT SO MANY WIRES HANGING FROM WALL IN BASEMENT!! WE HAVE PICTURES AND A FORM FROM NEW COMPANY SAYING HOW THE WIRES WERE DID INCORRECTLY!!! I DESERVE A FULL REFUND

Well! Though it took longer than expected, he did the job in one day and did minor plastering where hoke were made. He was thorough, cleaned up behind himself and was dedicated to completing the job!
