This was our first cleaning by 3 J Cleaning. My wife and I were totally pleased and satisfied by their service! The floors, counter tops, sinks and toilets shined when they were done. (The stove top was the cleanest that we've seen it since it was new!) Great job--well done! We'll have them regularly.

Esther can make anything sparkle and always arrives at my house with a smile on her face. I submitted a photo of my kitchen after the crew left because that is the only time it looks this good!

the whole crew was great. There was 5 people. I have a pretty big house and they cleaned every inch of it. If I saw something that I wanted done a certain way, they did it without question. They definitely put the customer first. They deep cleaned all the rooms, including all shelves and drawers. They washed windows. The cleaned all my appliances inside and out. They did a great job. <br />

Owner Fernando and his team of four cleaners arrived on time and got to work immediately after I explained areas of concern.  My house has vaulted ceilings and very high ledges that can't be reached without a ladder.  They hadn't been cleaned in far too many years.  Fernando brought his own ladder and dusted the ledges thoroughly.  The team also used an apparently magic product that removed the hard water stains from my clear glass shower door.  They moved appliances to clean behind them, wiped down the ceiling fans and washed the mesh that covers the range hood exhaust fan.  They even cleaned the sliding patio door tracks.  There was only one minor problem.  When I was checking things when they finished, I discovered that the dust from the high ledge in the master bedroom had continued to settle after they finished dusting that room.  They promptly re-dusted the room and all was well.  I don't think my house has ever been cleaner! <br /> Everyone was pleasant, professional and careful not to let my cat get out.  The service took less time than expected and therefore cost less than expected.  They worked on a Saturday, which many cleaning services do not.  I'll definitely use them again. <br />

Great.  They arrived just before the agreed-upon time, brought all the necessary equipment, and cleaned very thoroughly.  Everyone was very pleasant.  Alex was a pleasure to work with, both in arranging for the service and in overseeing it. <br />

I've had several of the "chain" companies come in over the years and had become increasing unhappy with their work.  (They'd do a fantastic job the first time, then it would go downhill from there.)  Alex's Cleaning Service did a great job the first time - and has maintained that with every visit.  They have been cleaning our house, once a month, for about 7 months.  They are very thorough and detailed.  If they miss something, or if it is not to my liking, I just point it out the next time and they do it just the way I've requested.  They will take special requests and take care of any "out of the ordinary" tasks with no problems.  I couldn't be happier with the service.  It is a bit pricey - but not any more than any of the other local companies.

I like how they take care of all the small things. They do a very excellent job. They are very friendly and trustworthy.

Fernando and the ladies do a great job. They are conscientious, thorough, friendly, considerate and will do little extras as needed. We run a real estate  business from our home, and they work around our active business activities to get our offices cleaned up as quickly as possible.We have art pieces that require special care and they follow my instructions on cleaning the art quite well. We have also asked them to clean homes being listed by us and they have managed to fit these extra jobs into their very full schedule on an as-needed basis. Fernando handles this housecleaning service in a very professional manner. They are completely trustworthy and I would recommend them 100% as a cleaning service.
