We had (Zak) previously remodel our master bath 2 years ago. He hasnt changed at all. A total professional. His work ethic is tops... His knowledge extraordinary.. His attention to detail, cost analysis, honesty and project completion time perfect. So we had Zak install a heated element that goes below the tile flooring a bath tub, fixtures and vanity. Everything looks specacular. You wont go wrong hiring this guy.. You may have to wait for a short while.. Because he’s always comitted to finishing his curent job(s) but he is worth the wait.

Zach was polite, prompt, and communicated constantly. Wrote up all scope of work and quoted for approval. All results met or exceeded expectations. Work was completed on time. <br />

We simple cannot say enough wonderful things about Zach. He's a one-man show, but well worth the wait when there are other clients ahead of you. We have a beautiful, fully-functional second floor space now. He has a wonderful eye for design, and is clean, polite, professional, and does impressive work. I think the pictures speak for themselves!! <br />

He came when he promised.  He brought the necessary anchors/screws.  He even wrote a warning on the invoice because this was a hollow core door to keep an eye on loosening screws. <br />

Zach has fixed several small problems and performed minor home renovations around our home over the past two years - everything from installing a new window in the basement, to repairing a leaky roof, digging and installing a French ditch on one side of our home, and grinding out and sealing a leaky section of basement wall.  He has completed every single job with the utmost degree of skill and professionalism; on the rare occasion that we have had an ongoing issue that wasn't fixed "the first time," Zach has come back to reexamine (and fix) the problem at no additional charge.  As far as price goes, he charges what a job SHOULD cost; by that I mean, when we have tried to "go cheap," it has always failed, and we have called Zach in to fix the cheap work and solve the problem.  Experience has now taught us to call him the first time, and do the job right from the get-go!

This is the second time we used Zach to make improvements on our home.  He was able to fit us into his busy schedule on short notice, which was a life saver.  Zach was professional and punctual throughout the project, and his work continued to be top quality.  I am very happy with his work. <br />

First off, the $875.00 listed for the cost of the repair was for the original work he completed about a month before to repair our leaking basement.  Our basement had a crack in the wall that a previous contractor (who shall not be named) had done a shoddy job repairing.  The crack was leaking quite badly after a period of heavy rain.  Zach dug out around the crack, filled it, and dug a french drain that also hooked up to our gutter - all for $875.00.  Did I mention he also stayed until 10pm to get the job done, and he managed to preserve the vast majority of our landscaping in front of the work.   <br /> Anyhow, fast forward a month and after another bout of rains, the basement once again had a small leak.  Turns out there was a hairline crack that extended behind the stud that he had missed.  He cut out the stud, filled the crack.  All in all, he was here for around an hour and a half and completed the second repair, free of charge.  I have nothing but great things to say about Zach.  He has also done other repairs on our house, including the roof, and the door frame.  He is a class act - always professional, honest, and very hard-working.  Discovering him was worth the Angie's List subscription alone!!! <br />

<p>I bought a house that had multiple issues with it included mold, moldy insulation, bad wiring, you name it.  I needed wet, moldy insulation removed from attic, replaced, and sprayed.  Zach's quote was very reasonable, he came when he said he would, cleaned up, and did a fantastic job!  He also found exposed wires and fixed them.  My house had a horrible smell to it and Zach located the problem and removed insulation from the hallway ceiling and opened up my whole hallway entrance.  He found dangerous wiring  when he opened up the wall and fixed that too.  I trusted him completely in my home working alone, and he took the time to explain everything to me. His work was meticulous!   I HIGHLY recommend him and plan on hiring him again in the spring/summer to work on other issues in my home.  </p> <br />

Zach Alfano responded quickly to my inquiry, and sent me a quote right away.  His price was very fair.  He was willing to work evenings and weekends since I was not able to take time off work which was incredibly  helpful.  He always texted me before arriving to let me know his plan, worked very neatly- even taking of his shoes before entering my house, and the work he did is really great.  I am very impressed and already plan to hire him again. <br />

Very punctual. Zach sealed up my doors and gave me very helpful and knowledgable information (and quotes) about other projects I wanted done in the future. I will definitely be calling him again to receive thorough home service.

It was a pleasure to work with Zach.  He was professional, on time, and on budget.  Zach diligently worked every day, and even stayed late or worked on the weekend to make sure the work was done properly.  He was easy to communicate with, and he cleaned up after each project was done.  I would definitely recommend Zach! <br />

Although he is very busy, he calls or emails me to let me know when he will be coming.  Once he starts a project he finishes it.  He makes sure everything is done to my satisfaction, he cleans up everything.  Not only is he a very pleasant, trustworthy person but he is fair and works extremely hard.  He cares about the job he does and spends as much time as required to make sure everything is done correctly.  If there is something he cannot do, he will let you know.  I would not hesitate to call him again. <br />

Took roughly 6 hours from the time he arrived until he left. He repaired the resultant hole in the shower wall left by the plumber who fixed a leak and replaced the faucets in the shower. He had to custom fit a piece of of plaster board attach it and then put ceramic tile to replace the tile that had been take out. The replacement tile was almost a perfect match to the original ceramic tile still in the room. The faucets had to be removed and replaced after the tile was placed on. His work was excellent and flawless. <br />

Zack Alfano responded to our request for an estimate quickly, and promptly arrived and conducted an extensive assessment of our renovation requests. We were very impressed with his professional recommendations and especially his honest opinion on renovations he thought not necessary. During the entire job, he was polite, accommodating and exceptionally skillful.  He always called if he felt he would be arriving a bit late, which did not happen that often.  We were very pleased with his work and plan on having him do other renovations in the near future. <br /> <br /> <br />

We had a number of unsightly cracks in the plaster throughout the house that needed expert repairing. <br /> Kitchen ceiling needed sanding and a fresh coat of paint. <br /> Also needed three doors in our breezeway replaced along with some other carpentry. <br /> Part of a wall in our garage needed some heavy duty repairing. <br /> Zachary was very pleasant, courteous. Always called ahead, made his schedule fit our schedule. <br /> Was concerned that we were satisfied as the job went along. <br /> Cleaned as he went along. If you ever had plaster dust, you know what a problem it can be. <br /> He never left any dust behind. <br /> We highly recommend Zach Alfano. <br /> <br />
