The ranch has had no visible issues to date, the other a rubber roofing job has had continuous leaking since the job was completed. It is a joke trying to get a hold of Alick the owner, his voicemail is full does not respond to text messages, his employee has now been easier to get a hold of. The job was completed in November and we still have small luckily leaks. We have to keep having tarps in the attic to prevent more damage to the living areas of the homes. Do yourself a favor stay away, I would not be surprised if he goes Bankrupt soon based on how he runs his business.

He's a contractor. The roof was great. They cleaned up after themselves. There were a few pieces that flew on the neighbor's roof and and they actually went over and got it off he neighbor's roof. I was surprised.

The guys were great! Also cleaned out a gutter while they were up there. Everything went smoothly and as expected. I had waited two years too long to use the coupon, but still pleased with the service. <br />

I expected that he would do more of an inspection to try and find leaks and crawl space. He could have been a little bit more thorough.

This company was very prompt with the estimate. The workers came and completed the job when they said they would and did an amazing job. We will definitely  use them for any roofing issues in the future. Prices were slightly lower then most, but the quality of work performed was fantastic. I highly recommend! <br />

They subbed it out to another contractor. When completed we had 3 roofs leaking instead of 1. The flashing was installed backwards. The membrane was not attached to the wall with a retainer bar. The walking pads where buckling up and a trip factor for tenants. Water was collecting under pads. They didn't change a bad piece of plywood they stuck cardboard under the rubber which was soft and squished water when stepped on. When it rains the roof puddles which will freeze in cold temperatures. The walking pads recommended by the contractor are not meant for our roof/walkway which is a partial flat roof that the tenants walk on to enter their apartments. The manufacture of the RPI walking pads said they are not meant for high traffic, salt and are very difficult to shovel snow off of which we need to do and the contractor was aware of our needs when he sold us the product.

It went fine. They were very responsive and did a great job. They were quick and thorough. The only set back was the final cleanup of the project. There were a few pieces of shingles left in the yard.

We bought our house knowing there were issues with the sun room roof. We paid to get a $75 roof inspection with the intentions that we'd get the sun room roof and then entire house roof done by this company. The gentleman who came to do the inspection acted like he just wanted to get it over with. He was fixated on the one spot in the sun room where we already knew was was issues and didn't want to bother looking at the rest of the roof. He actually gave my husband looks as though he was an idiot for buying the house. Again, we bought the house knowing of the issues and negotiated credit for the repairs so we really needed a thorough explanation of the conditions, how much time we had, the price and solutions not judgement.  We actually called another company and got a more thorough inspection for free. Was told what was wrong with the rest of the roof and not just the sun room so there was new insight in our other inspection and I found this one to be useless. <br />

They came out after buying a great deal thru AL, he was right on time, he walked the site and told me what need it to be done, he advised on some extra work that need it to be done. We agreed he would come back to fix the issues we discussed. The first time someone else showed up on an unmarked van. The van was parked outside my house for sometime and it wasn't until my wife told me there was someone on the roof I realized he was there to do the job. Did not like that there was no communication, I was not told the guy was on his way, the guy did not tell me he was there to do the job or called prior to getting on the roof. It could've been an accident if I thought he was there for other reason. <br /> I also had an issue since they responded to my first inquiry right away but somewhere in between the communication stopped until after the job was done and payment was expected. Again the first guy that came out was great, the guy that came to do the job was good but also told me about other things I did not talk to the first guy about, also promoting his own bussiness, which lead me to believe he was a sub-contractor.  <br />       I decided to go with them for another job, again quick initial response I was told about a date in which they would come out and ...nothing, 3 weeks later here they come to do the job after I had talked to other companies to do it. Luckily the other companies could not come out until later therefore I allowed the to do the job, plus we decided on a cheaper price. I was home and did not want other guys to try to scare my wife into spending extra on something we may or not need. <br />      Again seems to be a scheduling/communication problem, the guys seem legit, good price and know what they are doing, but they need to talk to each other (office and site techs) and communicate with the customer. <br />      I would try them one more time, if any issues then I would have to move on to another company for my roofing needs. <br />

He's a very nice person but he's too high on price. I had about 6 or 7 roofers, they gave me a price and I took one of the lower ones because they had an excellent reputation. He told me the roof had to be repaired and for the amount of money I paid which I don't recall, I thought it was worthwhile service. For the price, he was one of the highest ones that I received.

It went well.  All repairs where done professionally and as quoted.  They were flexible with times for my schedule.  Found an issue that needed to be addressed outside of what they were there to do (it was an obvious issue once you knew what to look for it was not them trying to create work - I could see it and recognize the issue).  They scheuled and performed that repair.  They could improve a little on timely communication, but nothing that could not be worked through and work was and staff were professional <br />

They did a good job on the service that they did and on the cleanup. I was happy with everything that they did. They were punctual and clean. They picked everything up and they were good about coming to give me the quote. Everything was good and I would recommend them. Their pricing was close to everyone else. It was not a lot less but it was right about what we thought it would be and they were in town because I looked for three companies in town. The quality of their work was good and they came right out.

Noted overall condition and said he would put estimates in mail to reseal all boots or collars as well as possible roof replacement. To date have not received them.

That deal turned out well. They came out and checked the roof to make sure that there were no issues with flashing or leaks. They made some recommendations with how to improve the roof and gave me a suggested estimate. One employee came out and it took him less than 30 minutes. I did also have them out do some repairs on some shingles at a later date.

Chuck was the foreman on the job. He did an excellent job of listening to my feedback as the job went along. He was very particular about the quality of the work and had no issues when I critiqued the job daily including climbing on the roof a couple of times to check the work. They kept the property neat and clean during the job. They were very professional and easy to talk to. The job was done quickly, smoothly, and efficiently. I would recommend hiring Alick Smith's team for this type of work.

The workers came when expected and did a wonderful and professional job.

Replaced a shingle, 4 boots, caulking, flashing and also removed a damaged fence.

The gentleman who came to inspect my roof showed up for the scheduled appointment and even called out of courtsey to tell me when he was running a few minutes late.  When I decided to hire them to come and repair my chimney I didn't have as great experience.  I sent back the contract and after weeks of waiting and no word from them, I called to set up an appointment to have the work done.  They were able to get me in their schedule a few weeks after I called.  The secretary told me that someone would call me to confirm the appointment and given me a start time for that day.  I received no phone call, nor did anyone show up to perform the job.  I also did not receive a phone call stating that they were unable to keep the scheduled appointment.  If you decide to hire them, don't take off work because they are coming...there's a chance they may be a no show.  After another week of waiting, I decided to call and see what the story was and they told me someone would be out within the next two days.  I told them that I would not be taking off work again, but if I knew when they were coming I'd have a family member be at the house.  I didn't get a phone call or an email stating that the job was completed.  Days later I just received the invoice in the mail that stated that the job was completed.  When I went outside and looked at my chimney it was completed however, a phone call, email or some form of communication sure would have been nice and in my opinion professional. <br />
