I made the mistake of paying him before it was totally complete !! they were supposed to take the forms off the culvert the same day but he said that it wouldn't be dry enough so needed to come back the next day to remove them and I went ahead and paid him. well the next day I went out to see the work and he didn't do as he said about wall going down each side (to keep dirt from falling down in concrete) and instead of walls (like he said) they stuffed rocks in there and on one side put concrete around the rocks (very sloppy) and it looks like crap !!Now I can't get him to call me back, this was Saturday (when he "finished") and no Monday and still no response from him ?? He did read my first 2 texts to him but crickets ! IF you do hire him (I wouldn't) DON'T pay him until it all complete as he has proven that he is not trustworthy !!!!
