If I could give them less than one star, I certainly would. Mr. Best is unprofessional and takes on jobs he's unable to complete. The nature of his work was to repair and completely integrate my home surround system. In addition, I required TVs mounted in my living room and bedroom. I sourced vendors capable of working on the existing system and Mr. Chris Best of All in One Technologies. Upon speaking with Mr. Best, I explained there were no cost restrictions, that I wanted top-of-the-line and the most modern equipment – that a third party was paying for any damages, and that I needed to repair or replace the existing system to ensure that the system was fully integrated – finding a system that played music as well as offer a surround experience for my TVs. After paying $3,147.14, I did not get what I wanted, nor was it functional. I now must pay someone to finish and then fix his work. The issues are as follows: (1) I do not have a fully integrated system, and the preinstalled speakers only play music from an app that is not secure. (2) I have two malfunctioning sound bars – one does not work, and the sound fluctuates (in and out) on the other. (3) The TV in the living room is neither level nor centered. (4) My property is damaged – I have holes in the wall that he committed to repairing and exposed wires. Additionally, he is extremely unprofessional and quite misogynistic. The final straw was after multiple visits and many chances; on February 20, we agreed on a date to fix the outstanding issues. I followed up on February 23 to confirm the date and time. We agreed on Friday, February 24, around 3 or 4 pm. I also notified him that the soundbar in the living room was fluctuating sound issues. On Friday, February 24, the scheduled service day, Chris texted at 12:13 pm asking if he could come at 6 pm. I reminded him that we agreed on at the latest 4 pm. After being over 2 hours late, he accused me of being "ho*** ** him." He states he needs help understanding why I am unavailable multiple times and questions my schedule and whereabouts even though he is late. He acted as if he had carte blanche, complete freedom to act as he wished and to come and go as he pleased, with no respect for me, my time, or my wishes. True to form, he continues to challenge me, says he's not far and is on the way even after I've told him his services were no longer needed, and I wanted a refund. He agreed to provide a refund if he could come back to my house and uninstall the work he's done. I no longer feel comfortable, heard, or safe, and I tell him no. He refuses to provide a refund. After a series of heated text messages, he asked me 'to pray and ask God and talk to my friends, family, parents, and/or colleagues...break down every detail and ask them if I was right..." Surely, as a woman, I am incapable of making a decision and having an opinion that differs from his. Lastly, he tried to set me up with his brother. He is extremely unprofessional and incapable of estimating his abilities. He did not have the skills or the professionalism to handle this job. Buyer, beware, especially if you are a woman of color.

The quality of work was excellent. There was no issue. They called back and check if everything was okay and it was easy to use.

The quality of work was excellent. Still in progress, but I was very confident. They were personable and professional. They did an excellent job.
