The worst thing about the experience is that they didn't show up when they said they would. They were first supposed to come mid-afternoon on Monday. The dispatch called to change that to mid-morning on Tuesday. No call on Tuesday. They got here at 1:30 Tuesday afternoon. They were efficient and knowledgeable. They were a little messy. A child's toy had plugged the drain pipe on one toilet. Be more accurate (honest, realistic?) about setting a time for arrival of workmen.
