With renovations and new construction around, this is a continual issue in my area and James has been wonderful in helping evict these unwanted tenants. They do not go willingly but James has been very helpful and effective in getting rid of these guys. Always professional and throrough

Job well done. He stayed with it till job was done and came back 5 weeks in row always on time, called when he was on way. We had a big problem with rats under the house. James really knows his stuff and specializes in Rodents. What I like most about this company is that the person who does the work, and deals with customers. His suggestions include a lot of ideas that do not involve hiring his company on an extended prevention plan, so he wasn't just looking to sell me something. I also appreciated that he was very proactive about scheduling the appointment and coming back whenever we needed to without any delay. One time he was in the neighborhood and just stopped by to check in at no cost. That's good customer service.

I talked to James Wagner on the phone, he was prompt and here the very next day to inspect the home and attic. He was complete and informative about the inspection and what was going on. He offered solutions, broke everything down and did exactly what he said he was going to do as time went on. When the work was finished, my home was clear. I recommend James Wagner and All About Rodents to anyone seeking help from those critters

James did a great job. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed to have done to keep the rodents out of our attic and fix the entry points. We also purchased a warranty, and I am so glad we did. We seem to have very determined rodents. I have called James two more times to cover new entry points. He is great about getting to our home quickly and making the repairs.
