Our first time with All American and I must say I was impressed. Our Service Technician was Oswaldo and he did a great job. He is a very personal guy, professional and I'd say a perfectionist with a strong work ethic. We will definitely use again and I highly recommend All American Carpet Cleaning.

Carpets smelled worse after then when they started. Owner did not care and was rude. The picture I will attach was after they cleaned so you can see how CLEAN it was. This was hair I pulled up with home carpet cleaner yet they claim to have professional cleaners. Would not recommend them.

Perfect Service, on time, well mannered guys. No fuss no muss, I showed them what needed done, they did it. Simple quick service. Dried fast even in the wet weather. Read a review from a gal that complained about the snow tracked in. They did their best here to keep it out, and mopped my floors when they got done. It's snowy out come on. Excellent experience.

They were very responsive and got the work done. However, they were abrupt and in too much of a hurry when we met. Walked through my clean house with snow all over there shoes. Which I had just had professionally cleaned all of the flooring. When I returned to my house they had illegally dumped the water from cleaning my carpets down my driveway. This is unacceptable and I wouldn't ever hire or recommend them to anyone.

"It is hard to clean carpets in the winter with the on the ground. We do our best to clean up when we leave. Cleaning our way out to the the front door. And mopping any water on hard surfaces. It's hard with so much snow, people don't shovel, it's just tough. We don't dump our drain water. We do have a hot water exhaust system for excess heated water, and we do rinse our filters after which again in the winter is dirty looking on the snow. Our product is excellent, the prices are awesome, and what you consider abrupt is us not wasting your time and being efficient."

I bought a groupon for three rooms and had Ryan do two sets of stairs as well. Initially my calls were not returned, but apparently I had the wrong number from groupon. When I did reach him, I had to wait almost two months for an appointment. The process took 45 min. and looks slightly better than before. He ran the shampooer over everything once and was done. There was no effort made to get spots out or even move the few light things in the room. I didn't expect him to move beds or dressers (I did that), but to shampoo around a simple music stand, office chair and small (empty) trunk was disappointing (He could have even asked me to move them!). He did go into the walk-in closet, which was commendable. Professionally, he was cold and a bit grumpy. He slapped his card on my counter while I was writing the check and walked off without a word. He didn't say a word to my children until they came to look and then stearnly directed them to, "Go to your mom". Price-wise, I guess you get what you pay for. He did go over the carpet, but buyer beware that price doesn't include pre-treatment or protectant. I believe the protectant was and extra $45 per room and I can't remember what the pre-treatment was. Overall, I believe I could have done a better job myself and wouldn't have had to have him in my home. I still have spots, but at least it smells clean! <br />

"We do not use groupon at all. We were hired to complete vouchers bought thru groupon by a company called IDT home services out of Arizona. They did all the scheduling and sold the voucher. We cleaned exactly what the voucher allowed. We recommended a prespray for the spots and a scotchguard both were declined by the customer. This house had two large staircases and we did charge 66.00 which is the common price in this area. All I can say about the kids and the slapping is its ridiculous. Most people that use voucher from groupon expect something for nothing and get what they pay for which is a scam. You cant get a good clean on 900 square feet of carpet for 49.00. IDT is a scam company we were left to clean up their mess as best we could."
