No problems. Technicians were prompt, professional, and took time to explain what was causing the problem.

They clipped the tangled up electrical lines and rerouted them. The prices are very good. I would tell others it's one thing to hire a company, but it's another to have creative ideas and come up with a solution, I like that. They are a family company.  They show up on time.  They are dependable.

I like the fact that the work they did is still in place. There hasn't been any issues with it. The work that they said they would do, they did. There hasn't been any following problems or issues.

We needed to replace our bedroom ceiling fan.  There was a discount in Angies List for All American Electric.  The coupon was for labor only - they would not provide the new fan nor haul away the old.  We bought the new fan ourselves at Lowe's.  American Electric was very easy to work with.  We called them, set up a time on a Saturday, they showed up on time and did the job in about an hour and a half.  The knew what they were doing and were very polite and kept us informed as they worked.  They put down drop cloths, cleaned up after themselves, and the new fan worked with no problems.   They did not take the old fan, so we took it to a Habitat for Humanity re-sale store in Manassas VA.  Overall, we were very satisfies with the experience. <br />

Went fine. They messed the on/off switch up with existing lighting and could not turn light off without turning fan off... <br />

I would use them again in the future.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of Boz and his family of hard workers!!! Patrick and Phillip were great! From the inspection, to scheduling, the actual work being done-everything went smooth, they were also on time and very courteous. They worked so hard, and always cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely make this company my "go to" for any future electrical work I may need!

The service call went well.  Two men arrived on schedule and spent an hour checking all outlets.  Fault was traced to a tripped GFI. <br />

I was not completely satisfied and am still trying to get the fan fixed. They basically told me to call the manufacturer. I have pretty much the same fan in my office and it does not move. This one moves if I put it on the high setting. They are saying a part that it came with does not hold the fan flush. I looked on the internet at reviews and not a single person has had the same problem so it kind of makes me wonder if they installed it correctly. I have not called the manufacturer yet. They were professional; the guy even offered to get a part from Home Depot for me. They went out of their way for that. I decided to use them based on Angie's List ratings. They were on time.

I called the company on a Monday.  They were very receptive on the phone and worked out a time for Saturday that fit my hectic schedule.  The service man arrived exactly on time. He had everything he needed with him (No running back and forth to  the truck). He was efficient and very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem right away and had the job completed within thirty minutes. This was a problem that I had spent hours and days trying to figure out.  Two hundred dollars may seem  pricey however, I didn't have to wait around all morning, the job was done correctly and I don't have to worry about a short in the wiring starting a fire in my house. I say it was $200.00 well spent. <br />

I had purchased a ceiling that I was planning on installing myself from my local Home Depot. When I got home I realized that the switch in our bedroom was not connected junction box in the middle of our ceiling.  I saw the Big Deal from this company and decided to give them a try. I called them before I purchased the deal because I wanted to make sure that it fit my situation. The deal was for a ceiling fan install in a new location. Since the switch wasn't tied to that junction box (or anything actually), I was told this fit the stipulations of the Big Deal. So I scheduled a service appointment and then purchased the deal. <br /> The tech called ahead and asked if he god come a little earlier on the day of the service because his previous appointment ended early. He showed up, was professional, and did the job well. He cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with the service and response from both the tech and the person I had talked to on the phone when purchasing the deal. <br /> Will definitely consider them for any other electrical work that I might have. <br />

Patrick and Phillip were on time and very professional. They installed everything in a timely manner and even waited while I ran to CVS to get additional light bulbs. When I called All American to schedule the appointment, the office manager was very friendly and gave me an accurate quote. They were able to schedule the work within a week of me calling. Previously, Patrick installed a ceiling fan in our family room. The installation went perfectly and the cost was very price competitive. I would highly recommend using them. <br />

<p>Don?t you just hate it when your husband starts a project without telling you? My husband decided to install a shelf on a wall in our den. Like an enormous seven foot tall eight feed wide office equipment shelf. To do this he needed to move an electrical outlet. So I cleaned out the crawlspace where the outlet was accessed and called All American Electric. THEY WORK ON SATURDAYS! </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks to Boz and Patrick the outlet was moved, the project completed and our Den put back together in one day! </p> <br />

Our house was built in the 1940's and has had some wonderful electrical retrofitting over the years.  Did not phase them a bit.  They were able to install both items without fuss.  This is the second time I used this company and I will use them again.  They are very professional.  This is a family run business and all they do is electrical work.  They know their craft well and they don't mess around.  Their prices are very reasonable.  I also consulted them when buying some track lighting and other fans and they told me which ones would work and which would not.  It is rare in this day and age to find an operation like this.  I have no complaints. <br />
