We hired Adrian Roman to replace our roof several years ago. We had a good experience the first time, so we decided to hire Adrian again last year when the roof and siding was damaged in a hail storm. Unfortunately, our experience the second time was much different. The crew that replaced the roof did a good job. The issues come from a lack of follow through by Adrian. Contractors was required to apply for a permit before starting a project. Adrian did not apply for the permit. After several weeks of leaving messages for Adrian, he finally applied for the permit. His check bounced, and it took another month to get the permit. My parents also had hail damage from the same storm. Based off of the experience we had with All American Exteriors the first time we used them, we recommend Adrian to my parents. That was a huge mistake. My parents gave Adrian a deposit of $10,000+ for roof, siding and patio door. Three months after being giving the deposit, the roofing material were delivered, but no work was done. My parents filled a report with the MN BBB. However, that case was closed as unresolved because Adrian failed to contact the BBB or my parents. In the mean time, Adrian moved to Colorado and has registered a new business under the name Aspen Roofing and Restoration LLC.

They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. There were a few small items left unfinished that took some time to get completed, but they did come out and address everything.

I thought it went well. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again..

Excellent. From the quoting process to cleanup, I have been extremely happy with the workmanship, attention to details, courtesy, communication and timeliness of the work. The owner, Jim, was the utmost professional and very clear in explaining what would be done, even going the extra mile to do special touches to give the highest quality job possible.

They were prompt, courteous, did an excellent job, answered questions and concerns that I had, and were quick to contact me when I identified a question. The crew cleaned up the yard and deck very nicely after the roofing was completed. Though the house cat did not appreciate the noise that goes with the job, we will appreciate the confidence of a lifetime warranty on the roofing.

Adrian and his crew did a fantastic job. I was originally going to side the house myself, but I found summer dwindling and my time short. I called several companies and Adrian had the lowest cost, and could do the project with specific siding that I had picked out and already matched paint to. Adrian sourced the siding product, and set a start date. Much to my surprise, Adrian soon called me and said they could get the project done even sooner and started the next day. You will have his personal cell number, so accessing him for any concerns is easy. Thanks!

It was fantastic. I was out of town, so I gave Adrian my phone number and address and he was out there that day. He responded right away to the Angie's List Message which was really helpful. He came to the house, spotted a lot of damage, and called me right away. He sounds very experienced with how insurance companies operate, and he gave me the run-down on who to contact and how to do everything (I'm a newbie when it comes to insurance claims). I did what he said and now we're just waiting for the insurance adjuster to come out. He is willing to be the contact person with the insurance adjuster so I don't even have to be around to do anything, he's taking care of it for me! Couldn't be happier. **will update as things progress**

Adrian and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish.  Within a week of signing the contract, they were at my house and working.  They discovered that the original siding did not have plywood or wrap behind it.  Adrian called me immediately, explained the situation that I had to have the wood and wrap behind the siding.  He gave me a very fair price on the additional work and material.  They got the material and started work the next day.   The staff is nice and courteous.  The house looks great! I plan on having them come out either in the fall or next spring to do additional work.  

I can't say enough good things enough about All American Exteriors.  They have been by far the best service company I've ever hired.  Adrian was very responsive and proactive with his communication.  The siding team was fast, professional, and they did a great job.  They cleaned up the site very nicely.  I have not found one nail or piece of garbage left over. <br> <br>I've had compliments on the house from neighbors and random passers by.  It's like a new house. <br>

It went great! My husband and I think it was perhaps our best experience ever with a service provider. Jay came right out to assess the branch damage in October/November and that day did a complete on-roof inspection that revealed hail damage from last summer. He worked with our insurance company so that we only had to pay one deductible and we were billed only what the insurance company paid, plus some extras we added. Jay was great--responsive, personable, knowledgable, professional and accessible. It was easy to schedule consultation and they came right away to do the work to avoid winter weather issues and pushed themselves to get done before it got too cold.. Though we haven't been up on the roof, it seems the work is good. They cleaned up fairly well which was important to us so our 2 dogs don't run into trouble with nails. I've already recommended this company to friends.

Overall the experience was good.  It was a really busy time in NE Minneapolis with recent hail storms causing many people to need work done.  All American Exteriors LLC was able to guarantee getting the work done in the time frame that I had available, and came in at the best price.  I had confirmed lead paint on the exterior of my house, and rather than doing lead mitigation ($20k+), I opted to have my house securely wrapped to seal in the lead paint, with new Vinyl Siding on top.  After getting the quote we found that we would be able to afford getting new Soffit and Facia, as well as the replacement of one window.  After a couple of reschedules due to rain, the crew showed up and got to work.  I was extremely surprised by the amount they got done in just the first day.  They were unable to come the next day due to a vehicle issue (van got stuck in Wisconsin with a bad alternator) - but they were able to make it the next day and get back to work.  It took approximately a week to get all of the work completed - the Owner and his crew were very courteous and willing to address any concerns I had.  They cleaned up after themselves very well (I only found a couple of little things laying around after they left).  After paying for the work they did, they were still very responsive when I found a couple of minor issues that I wanted addressed and were out to get them fixed within a couple of days. <br /> The only real issues I had with the service are the following: <br /> 1.  The window install - it took a while to complete, due to an emergency for the contractor.  I was not informed of when he would be back to finish the job and had to call to ensure it would be completed.  Additionally, there was no finishing work done on the inside (silicone/caulk around the edges of the window) - was able to complete myself with little effort. <br /> 2.  The dumpster was left at my residence for quite a few days past the job being completed.  Not a huge issue as it was placed out of the way in an unused driveway - however someone had opted to throw a bunch of smelly garbage in it so we had to deal with that.  Not necessarily All American Exteriors fault as they dumpsters are contracted out to a different company. <br /> Would I recommend All American Exteriors to a friend?  Yes.  Would I use All American Exteriors again myself?  Yes. <br /> I have dealt with a number of contractors in the past for various work around my home (Landscaping, retaining wall, roofing, plumbing, siding) and All American Exteriors right up at the top of the list. <br /> Nice work Team! <br />

The work was extensive, and took over two weeks, but was well worth the time.  The house looks new, and is well-protected from the elements.  The areas already in bad shape from the rotting siding were cleaned up and repaired.  I had maybe a half-dozen estimates during the five years I'd lived in the house.  This estimate was a full 2/3 percent lower than the highest estimate.  I was never high-pressured into buying materials and services I couldn't afford.  I was allowed time to get financing and take a long look at my finances. I feel Adrian really heard me when I explained what I needed and wanted, and didn't pressure me at any time.  <br /> The carpenter who did the work was respectful and took care not to let my dogs out.   I was at work the entire time he was at my house, and never had any issues.  His abilities were amazing!  <br /> I have already recommended All American Exteriors to friends and co-workers.. <br /> <br />
