To start with I initially called Mark on a Saturday and he answered. From that point until our gutters were done our communication was excellent and timely. Within a couple days of our first conversation he was able to give us an estimate. His price was extremely competitive. Mark was extremely thorough in explaining the options we had for color and design and made sure the final product was exactly what we wanted. There were dozens of color choices which allowed us to pick one that almost exactly matched our trim color. Mark made sure we walked around the entire house before they got started to double check where we wanted the downspouts to be. AJ, the installer, was on time, friendly, worked quickly, and completely cleaned all scraps and trash from the job. We are very happy with the level of customer service and will not be using anyone else if we need work in the future. I would recommend to them anyone. Thank you Mark and AJ!

We submitted a request for a bid and received a call from the owner, Mark, on a Saturday. He came right over, reviewed our needs and listened to my feedback. Mark was very thorough and identified a few deficiencies with our current gutters and drainage, he submitted a bid on the spot. After considering other bids, we decided to go with Mark and his team for new 6" seamless gutters and 3"x4" downspouts . Mark texted a few days ahead of their arrival to confirm the schedule. On install day, he and his team arrived on time and started promptly. Mark communicated very effectively and ensured we were comfortable with all downspout locations and path. They added several extensions to ensure we were comfortable with the drainage location of all downspouts. All of the work occurred during the current shutdowns related to COVID19. Mark and his team all respected and practiced social distancing guidelines and boundaries during the entire project, and they did a great job cleaning up the job site before leaving. The work performed and product installed exceeded our expectations. Mark and his team installed new guttering and downspouts in all of the areas Mark recommended, as well as in inside a corner below a valley where we weren't expecting to have guttering and a downspout. After our experience with Mark and his team at All American Gutter, we won't ever let any other gutter contractor touch our house. Great work Mark! Thank you!

Almost three years later not one issue with waters dripping down the side of our house as it did with previous gutters. The simple leaf guard system they installed worked perfectly. Every year I climb a ladder and look but there is nothing to do. Thank you American Gutter. --------------------------------------- 03/03/2017 - original review - Perfect. I called Mark McCumber, the owner, in late November after researching on Angie's list. I liked the idea they were a small business, and the same workers had been with him for several years. I wanted to be on his schedule before the warm weather hit. We set a target for last week in December 2016 or the first half of January 2017 subject to weather. Throughout the wait for a good weather day, Mark and I kept in touch. Additionally, we are planning to have our house painted later this year. I did not want these gutter removed and reinstalled by painters, so I asked Mark if he could paint the trim behind the gutters and downspouts. For an extra $150, that was a no-brainer. Unfortunately, this caused a one week delay, because there is no way to paint in 39-degree weather. But, one week later, they were done in about a half-day. Things could not have gone more perfectly.

Mark and his crew were great from start to finish. I received a call the same day I called. Had a quote with samples the next day. They even recommended colors for the front and back. The installation was on the day agreed upon and work began when they said it would. Mark only uses the highest quality materials and the final product looked great. His crew cleaned everything, and except for a great gutter system you would never know they were there. I can't say enough about Mark and his crew, and I would definitely hire him again.

Two years later this is a follow-up review. Every day I look at the quality of the work and the gutters All American Gutter did back in 2017. We have since experienced torrential rains both the Spring and Fall. This summer (2019) has even gotten into the act. This job has saved me $1,000 in the prevention of rotted wood and foundation damage. -- Original Review -- on 03/03/17 -- It went perfectly. Mark, and the crew Marty and AJ, are all great. My job was not straightforward and required a few out-of-the-box solutions. Each of the crew members had 17 or so years of experience and each was up to the task. Mark cares about the customers and is a problem solver. I appreciated that he didn't just try to sell me a new gutter system but instead gave me all the options and encouraged me to choose the most economical one. I've hired him before and will hire him again.

I really can't say enough about how good of an experience working with All American Gutters was. Mark was very professional, showed up exactly on time, performed the work within the quoted time frame, picked up all materials before leaving and hauled off a couple of pieces of old guttering as well. Service and workmanship at this level is not easy to find. Mark also helped with a design change in the gutters making the water run off from the house in a better location. If you are like me and procrastinate about things like gutter replacement or repair because you just don't know who to call, and who you can trust, rest assured you will not be disappointed if you call All American Gutters and let them help you.

It was good. Soon as the weather cleared out they came right out.

Could not have gone any better. After obtaining estimate, had to delay install due to discovery of wood rot in fascia behind old gutters. After extended delay on my end, Mark honored original estimate and scheduled install. Actually came out prior to install to match color to house trim. He then showed up at install to make sure everything went well. Used special hangers with screws instead of nails and minimized breaks in runs to avoid seams wherever possible. Found Mark and his crew to be highly accommodating and professional at a reasonable price.

These guys are great at their job. I dealt primarily with Mark, who is super responsive and knows what he's doing. He came out to my property a couple of times to study the problem and then gave me a very decent quote for the work. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me services or products I didn't need. Rather, he fixed the problems (which involved installing several downspouts and other gutter drainage features), did it right, and went on his merry way. I'd hire him again.

Excellent. They were very knowledgeable in advising us about correcting drainage issues. They were efficient and the finished product looks great. They cleaned up all the debris.

Mark did a great job with communication. He made sure that we understood what work was going to be performed right before he got started, just to make sure everyone was on the same page. He is knowledgeable and honest. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. I did ask for recommendations for small improvements to how my current guttering was configured and he spent time asking more questions for clarity and gave some great suggestions. I really appreciated his feedback.
