This company has been excellent and service. Always willing to go the extra mile. They currently provide other services such as pressure washing for my house. They are excellent and I would highly recommend them for any landscaping and pressure washing needs.

Really a spotty experience from the beginning. This group has holes in communication. First of all the owner is trying to communicate specifics about my project via text when he himself wasn’t the one to walk the job or give the estimate so we’re already off to a lousy start because we now have a mediator. Half the time I’m texting with the owner he wants to get to the logistics of payment, of course, without really understanding a customer or care about the product for the customer. He says he’s going to collect half the money up front and bring paperwork to sign, never did. He sends his men out to collect the money and never stops by/checks on about the quality of service or satisfaction with the product, never hear from him again. Follow ups are important and professional. His men show up to the job sporadically and unannounced. They were supposed to remove all pavers and left some, by the way I had to write the owner and remind him they must dispose of the pavers, also a professional thing to do. They were going to leave my fence gate half done, new hinges but no latch. The fence had no repairs to it. They replaced the top boards are power washed. They advised not to stain the fence, which they refused to include in the price, because the top boards were treated wood but after you power wash the fence if you don’t stain it soon it will further damage the fence so they left me in a situation. You would expect a professional company to come to a job and look out for the quality of the work and make recommendations for the customers best interest since I know nothing about landscaping or fences, they did not. They cut corners, they’re over priced, they communicate poorly, and the customer is not #1. The lone bright spot was the consultant named Jimmy. Great guy but with this company there is a lot of room to grow. I’d look somewhere else.

It went very well. Guaranteed completion in just one day and that is exactly what happened.

Placed some mulch, trim bushes, cut grass, pick up leaves, and some extra lawn care. They come back bi-weekly. It's great to work with them. Easy communication. They came, got started, and informed me of what they were going to do. For bi-weekly they come and just send the invoice, I don't need to be home which is great.

It went very well. Polite. Good communication. Emailed invoices are very convenient. Coming out again this week for lawn treatment.

Team was fast and efficient; made onsite recommendations; definitely would use again it was a pleasure working with them.
