I hired him and his team for lawn care and to fix my dryer. Unfortunately, they were not certified or trained in any particular skill. He claims that I cost him money, while I argue that he cost me money. He kept my dryer for a week and returned it with the wires and connections in a mess, despite there being no issue with it in the first place. To make matters worse, some of the belongings I left in the dryer were not returned. When I brought this to his attention, he denied any knowledge. Although I believe him, he should ask his crew or family members. He's now in Florida, and he made a disparaging comment about my city. Calling it "such a poor and cheap town." If he truly feels that way, then he should stay in Florida. This could be a more lucrative place for someone with his mindset. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson. Finally, he's a pleasant gentleman. Just ask for his credentials and references. Be careful.
