This is the worst moving company, not only DID their Employees STEAL stuff (my specialized bicycle and a set of tools) they failed to finish the move. They even Broke TWO tables we can show pictures and police REPORT about the theft. We specifically asked them if their employees were long term, or did they pick them up at HOME DEPOT Now we have to SUE them PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

These guys did an incredible job moving me and my family. They made sure to wrap everything very carefully and used caution when disassembling and then reassembling my furniture. In the past I have had items get damaged and even go missing with other moving companies. I know that when I hire All American Moving and Storage that I will not have to worry about any of that. They offer very competitive pricing and are very professional. 10/10 would use again and recommend.

I wouldn’t go with any other movers. They are on time, professional and so courteous. The boys broke their backs to get me moved in within my estimated time and all with a professional, respectful and kind manner. This may sound strange, but as a single woman, I felt comfortable and safe at all times with 3 gentlemen in my house. I’d reccomend to anyone who needs to move their business or home!

These guys were amazing! I honestly will never call another moving company ever again. They showed up on time as scheduled, they packed up all my stuff carefully and they were just as courteous and professional as they could be. Jordan made the entire experience a pleasant one he was very helpful. He was quick to respond to all of my questions. He made this entire process a smooth one. I will definitely use All American Moving again, and I would recommend them over and over!

It went terribly. Despite having confirmed the day before, the movers were FIVE HOURS LATE. Every hour, I would call the driver and he would tell me he was on the way. He lied and lied. I would call Jordan and after the first call, he refused to come to answer the phone. He finally arrived with 1 helper although the contract was for 2 helpers. Then he refused to unload without $655 due in CASH. I said that Jordan had told me that credit card was fine - he said the office was closed and he couldn't take credit without talking to Jordan. Five minutes later, my husband heard the mover talking to Jordan on the phone! We had to go to an ATM or who knows what he would have done with my mother's possessions. He said that Jordan had gotten my phone messages about wanting a reduction in the bill for the horrible inconvenience and that Jordan had said there would be no adjustment. This company is the absolute most dishonest, unethical, sleazy company ever! STEER CLEAR. Angie's List really should remove them. The worst moving experience EVER.

If you have been exploited and mistreated by All American Moving & Storage (AAMS), like myself and so many others, then please do the following: - Submit a formal written complaint to the Better Business Bureau of Southeast FL: [*** Link removed ***] - If your move crossed state lines, then please submit a complaint to the Federal Motor Carrier’s Safety Administration (FMCSA): [*** Link removed ***] - If your move was within the state of Florida, then please submit a complaint to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Florida office: 1.850.942.9338 When submitting these complaints, reference AAMS’ DOT number 2811689 and their ICC/MC number 937315. Long story short, I hired AAMS to move me from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Salem, MA. It was the single-most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with, and my life has never been more disrupted by any event in my whole life as it was by this move. Here are the details: - AAMS picked up on December 8th (I let them choose the pick-up date based on my concrete deliver date of Dec 20th at the latest), and on multiple occasions, promised me delivery by Dec. 20th at the latest. They did not deliver until January 17th…nearly a month late. The truck driver, a sub-contractor of AAMS, told me that my belongings didn’t even leave AAMS until January 12th, despite AAMS telling me for weeks that my belongings were in-route…a blatant lie. - Countless phone calls and text messages to both owners’ mobile phones and to the AAMS office went unanswered after they picked up my belongings. - David, the sales rep who sold me my moving package, had me sign a contract that didn’t match—at all—what we discussed on the phone, and what he verbally agreed to. My fault for not reviewing each detail in the contract before signing it…I gave AAMS the benefit of the doubt, and now regret doing it. Evidently, David has since been fired. - I was told I could use a credit card for all transactions associated with the move. However, upon delivery, the driver demanded cash or a money order for the balance (over $800) before he would take anything off the truck. Upon closer examination of my contract, I noticed that my contract said ‘cash on delivery for balance’, contrary to what David told me, and contrary to the 2 payments I made to AAMS with my credit card. - The owner promised me a partial refund to my credit card, but now won’t return my phone calls or text messages. - My hurricane emergency kit (a duffel bag filled with things like a radio, batteries, solar phone chargers, battery-powered fans etc) mysteriously went missing. I’ll be filing a claim for this. - In-general, awful customer service: lies, phony excuses for missed delivery dates, no accountability on the part of AAMS, and downright rudeness from Jordan, part-owner and VP of the business.

As per our conversations (with Chad, Jordan and the dispatcher) we explained to you that the sales rep missed informed you in regards to a delivery window. We have explained this to you several times. We also have phone records showing we answered your calls when you called the office. Once the items were picked up on December 8th you signed a binding contract (bill of lading) you could begin to accept delivery on December 20th. The contract you signed electronically did not state guaranteed delivery. Also there were several winter storms in which no tractor trailers were going into the Northeast. We explained that to you and you agreed. Again we're very sorry any inconvenience we caused you. As you will read in multiple reviews in regards to our services, the company has been in the industry for over 20 years, we have the reputation and experience to perform packing services, local and long distance moves. Our move with All American movers was excellent. We had a relatively small move, but the items were headed to two different locations/states following our mother's death. All American came, gave a binding estimate, and was able to base the cost of the move on the total amount of items vs estimating items going to each destination. This was a huge cost savings. They arrived within the window they predicted and were responsive to our requests for check ins en route. At the final unloading in Philadelphia, they were both gentle with our things and thorough. We were quite impressed and would certainly use them again. They are not high-tech, but in this case they were exactly what we needed. Thank you Jordan, Tony and everyone! (Note: we did purchase additional insurance through the third party carrier they suggested because many items were antiques; however, we did not need to make any claims on the move.)

"Sorry for this inconvenience. The reason for the driver coming with a U-haul truck was that you needed a shuttle to pick up your items. The tractor trailer could not fit at the pick up. The contract you electronically signed stated that there would be fees and cost in case you need a shuttle. The driver determines if a shuttle is needed at pick up or delivery. The driver did not demand money, he explained to you the additional cost of the move. You had the opportunity to cancel the move and select another moving company. We do our best to service every job to the best of our ability. We do feel we gave you the options and explained everything in great detail to you. We put down a $200 deposit. Our storage goods were in our former city where we used to live. We arranged a meeting date for Saturday. As we were leaving to drive seven hours to our former city, they called and postponed. They said on Sunday they would be there between 8-11. We drove 7 hours to meet them the next day, paid for a hotel that night. Next day, we waited and waited and waited three hours past the agreed meeting time. No one answered at the office, no one called, no one came. No communication at all! So we left and drove back 7 hours to our new home where we wanted our storage goods to taken.. Halfway, we received a call from the driver saying 'we'll be there tomorrow, on Monday ' ! We were so upset and said No. you missed the first arranged date, you missed the second arranged date and now we are finished! We want our deposit refund. The manager, Chad called about 20 min later as we were still driving back home, apologized and said he would refund our deposit. No deposit has been returned! It has been three weeks now! They are thieves! This is a very unprofessional moving company out of Hollywood Florida who committed fraud! Never use this company, never! The following week, we used Two Men and a Truck and they were there on time, efficient, pleasant and professional. Use this company instead because All American is a very unprofessional and DISHONEST company!

As stated in the contract you electronically signed states: that the $200 deposit is non refundable. CANCELLATION NOTICE: A minimum of 7 day notice is required in order to cancel the move with a full refund or you will be charged 20% of your move. Deposit of $200 is non-refundable. However you can change your move date if needed. The driver called and explained to you the situation and you refused for us to pick you up. Again were not blaming you or us but we feel we did our best to provide a service. Please contact customer service for further assistance. 1-888-507-8923"

Please if you have options, do NOT choose All American Moving and Storage, especially the Florida movers. We had the absolute worst experience with our move from Miami to Tampa. The truck was 12 hours late and when the movers came (10 pm at night) they just threw our stuff all over the place because it was late and they were tired and just wanted to leave. They promised us they would put back together our big pieces they disassembled in our old house. But they lost the screws and couldn't even do that. And the damaged goods they broke... Where do I start? Do not have the room to write all the damaged goods but it was 10 pages worth of complaint forms we had to fill out with 20 lines per page... You do the math. And they STOLE from us, nice DeWalt drill set, expensive Christmas decorations to name a few. Oh and get this... they stole our nice step ladder and replaced it with a paint-stained 30 year old one. Who does that??? Missing pieces of expensive furniture, I can go on and on and on. So obviously we complained, filled out forms, and worked with Chad and Bill at the moving office in Florida. Months and months of lies, no call-backs, unprofessional dealings, no ethics whatsoever, and an end result of a measly $600 bucks; when our loss was at least 5-10k. But we're in a beautiful new home and love Tampa. Moving positively ahead - just thought we needed to warn all of you out there. Choose someone else please.

It went very well When I called for info I got all my questions answered and set up an appointment for somebody to come to my house and see what needed to be packed. With that information I was given the set cost for the move. The day of the move went well. The moving team showed up on time. Started right away and took good care of my possessions. The 4 people who came were professional and nice. The delivery went well. Everything was delivered and nothing was broken.

Worst move of my entire life. All-American Moving and Storage told me they could move me on a Friday. They never showed up and it took me calling the moving company to get the answer from them. I asked the customer service for a discount since they didn't show up on the agreed upon day in the contract. They told me I would not receive a discount, argued with me and then tried to put me in an "I got you moment" by telling me I couldn't cancel my contract 48hours out so I had to work with them. That was news to me, because, there was no new scheduled date yet and they had already breached their contract by not showing up to move my furniture on the day that we had agreed upon. In this same argument, they attempted to force me into agreeing to moving the following Monday, which I couldn't because work wouldn't give me the day off. The next earliest day was the following Thursday. All this was exasperated by the fact that I had to move out of my old Condo that weekend. Because they didn't show up on the agreed upon day, I incurred an additional $300 in rent fees because I couldn't move out of my old Condo and had to pay prorated rent. On the day of the move, (the following Thursday) I received a call from the movers saying they were running late because a crew didn't show up. The wait time they gave me was three hours. After waiting longer than the three hours, I called them to ask where they were, told me they got put on another move. I called customer service to explain the situation and how unacceptable and unprofessional this is for a moving company. They tried to tell me that the movers had "technical difficulties"; in essence, they tried to lie to me, as I had already spoken with the movers. The movers were scheduled to arrive between 9am and 10am. They didn't get to my place until 1:20pm. This was potentially and massive problem. Most condos in Miami only give you a morning or afternoon time frame to move in and out of their building. Luckily, both building managers were able to accommodate, otherwise, this would have been another missed day of moving due to All American Moving and Storage inability to arrive on time. Once the move started, the movers were fine for the most part. They definitely seemed inexperienced though. They were rushing too much and trying to move things individually, that definitely required at minimum two people to move. For example, one of the movers attempted to put a large office desk on a dolly by himself, which resulted in the mover breaking the legs off the desk. I would also highlight that they didn't take the time to properly disassemble any furniture. An example would be my TV. I had the original box for them to put the TV in, but instead of taking it off the stand and putting the TV in the box correctly, they just flipped the TV upside and mashed it in the box. Luckily, there was no damage to the TV, but I think it highlights a larger concern the All American Moving and Storage won't take proper care of your furniture/belongings. At the new Condo, the same mover was trying to move a large and very heavy chest of drawers again by himself on the dolly, but because of his inexperience, or lack of training, he didn't maneuver the hallway correctly and put a hole in the way of my condo. The two younger movers also asked me to help them move things or help put furniture down from the dollies because they were trying to do too much by themselves. Towards the end of the move, they realized that they forgot the screws to my bed frame. I had to go back to the old condo retrieve the screws and finish putting together the frame and complete moving the box frame and mattress on the frame. Also, if you ever use this company, I highly recommend you check the moving van after the move is complete as well. Luckily I did, because they almost drove off with a painting of mine. I put in a complaint and a claim with the company. While it says claims can take 30-90 days, there is an option to receive a call regarding the claim or complaint within 24hours. I didn't receive anything for a week, so I called them to confirm they had received the complaint and claim (because the system doesn't actually give you a confirmation of receipt of message). Customer Service confirmed that they had received the complaint and claim. It took almost another week to get an email response telling me someone was working on the claim. But I still don't really know if someone is going to contact me about the complaint. It appears to me that they don't really care about customers or repeat business. I have never written a complaint before and I don't like the idea of it. But the service and experience was so terrible, I felt compelled to write a review so others don't make the same mistake as I did, or at least know what they are getting into with employing the services of All American Moving and Storage in Miami.

We were closed from September 8th-13th. We did not resume operations until Thursday September 14th. All of our customers were informed of the hurricane and everyone's move date was changed. We did our best to accommodate everyone's needs. We informed you that we had an open date of Thursday September 21st. We're sorry the truck was late due to a driver calling out. But we know when are movers showed up they completed the move quickly and sufficient. Again we're very sorry for any inconvenience we caused you. We feel we did everything to make the move go smooth.
