I have had problems with a leak in the master shower, for 24 years. Several plumbers have supposedly fixed the problem, to no avail. Finally a diagnosis. All American send a plumber that actually went up into the ceiling and found the problem; a failure of the home builder to place a water sealant/silicone between the shower and the tile, during installation, allowing the water to slowly leak into the wall and ceiling below. <br /> Although they did not do the repairs, which required a shower installation company, I am absolutely thrilled that the problem appears to be solved. The diagnosis itself was worth its weight in gold. <br /> In addition, the plumber that was sent, spent two hours at my home. There was no additional charge. <br /> <br />

The leak in the ceiling originated from a poor, previous repair job and was in a very difficult spot immediately next to a wall. Todd looked the problem over and determined exactly what was needed to fix that problem. While he was here we ask him to bid on the replacement of the 2 faucets in the upstairs bathroom and replace the shower kits and valves in the upstairs and downstairs baths. He did it all! The drains were pretty difficult, having been siliconed at construction and therefore difficult to remove. Great job!

They gave me a quote for $150 to install the toilet. They came out right on time and installed it. The connection from the wall to the toilet was not long enough and they did not have the piece in their truck. They waited for me to go get a new piece of hardware, and they installed it for the same price quoted without charging more. It did take about 15 minutes longer than expected because of the issue, but overall it went pretty smoothly.
