He stole my money and did not do the job. He does not answer phone call and messages and left me hanging with e mess. I've got four leaks and cost me a lot of money and he lied he said eh had a crew and it was supposed to be done in 4 days and its been two months . He did not level the yard. He did not put top soil down and supposed to do and being paid for he did not do the fence and at the gate there is no metal pole. I fed them where I brought them lunch and provided snacks and people who are kind to you and trusted to you and he did not finish and he must do it right and supposed to trust people in Angi an I should not be worried and he teared up my yard again.

I entered into an agreement with Adam to install an irrigation system and sod at my home. We agreed to a lump sum for both jobs, with me paying his requested amount for the irrigation system and the remainder to be paid when the sod was installed. The irrigation system was installed and that work paid for, but the morning that the sod work was scheduled to be done, I received a text from Adam saying that he was cancelling the work because he had thought about it and decided that I was not paying him enough for the work. It seems to me like Adam agreed to sod installation (which was a good price) to win my business for the irrigation system (which was market price). This is bad business and a bad way to treat people, especially customers.

He gave me a very fair repair estimate and I agreed with the price given. After the work was completed, I inspected his work and it exceeds my expectations.
